  I highly recommend to work with Katie a loan officer. She helped me get a great house and the full process was very smooth. Katie is an excellent loan officer, very knowledgeable, and patient with first-time home buyers. She spent hours answering my endless questions and was very responsive. I cannot buy my house without her help.

  I purchased a new home recently in this San Jose area. Katie helped me so much. Actually, I have moved from NY, and I had no idea about CA area.   My wife and I met Katie in 2004 when my family moved from Ann Arbor, MI. Her help let us have a great house. She really enjoyed helping her customers.   Katie Kim is an amazingly caring, dedicated, and detail-oriented Loan Officer. She made the loan process as stress-free as possible for me and took all my questions/concerns seriously, responding with lightning speed and with salient information. As a first time home buyer, I had some trepidation about the process but with Katie by our side, the loan process was the easiest part of the whole endeavor! Not only is she supremely professional, Katie went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and was even there for my final signing. My closing fees were surprisingly minimal thanks to Katie’s work and it was evident she went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible outcomes.   Katie Kim is an experienced loan officer who is responsive and helpful for anyone who is looking for a mortgage loan. She was recommended to us by my dad, who has also worked with her for several years. It was easy for us to work with her throughout our loan process, and it was never difficult to reach her when we had questions.
