  Googain is the most efficient loan company I ever used. My refinance was closed within a month since I initially quoted for the rate. Can you imagine that? The agent worked with me is super responsive, and he always replied my emails within a few hours even after hours and on weekends and during Christmas holidays. Their rate was the lowest after I quoted a few companies. I can't say enough how satisfied I am.

  Just closed two refinancing loans with Googain. The loan officer Hong Hu is very pleasant and professional to work with, He help us get very good rates and answer all your questions right away sometimes at late evening. Recommended.

  No one is better than Jacky Tian! He is very professional. Not only patiently explained the loan process, but also gave us a lot of professional advice. He updates the loan progress in time, responds our questions anytime, and MOST IMPORTANT, we got a GREAT interest rate----2%!!!! Due to my complicated tax filing status, I have consulted 5 lenders before I knew Jacky. Three of the lenders rejected me directly. A lender gave me an interest rate of more than 4%, the other one gave me an interest rate of 3.45% with a lower amount of loan. Thanks a lot for Jacky's help, we can close the escrow in advance. If I could, I would give him 10-star review!

  Things were getting difficult during the Pandemic period. And due to unprecedented low mortgage rate, there have been more applications than every loan agent could handle. So having a reliable agent like Peony Ho from Googain made a big difference in the process. Never met her but only after one phone call I knew I would be in good hands. Peony was proactive and knowledgeable, responsive and patient. She closely followed up and provided updates. Refinancing paperwork wasn’t overwhelming and her team was efficient. Of course, I needed to be a good team player to speed up the process. My loan was closed at the rate I targeted. Kudos to Peony and her team!
