  My family has been with state farm for a long time. Ms.Gloria has demonstrated a very high level of professionalism!! She always goes above and beyond to ensure that all our insurance needs are covered for my family, EXCELLENT Customer Service and Every time I call she answers...I always say "You are the hardest working woman!!   Ms. Gloria has been such a very big help to me. She has a lot of patience, very soft spoken, kind, polite, very customer service friendly. She even reached back out to me in the same day due to a horrible situation I was involved with and dedicated her time to make sure I was covered for auto which was very important for me to be.
