  I recommend Brennan Title Company to anyone purchasing, selling, refinancing, etc. or needing any help with their real estate needs. I am a real estate professional and have used the services of Brennan Title for both my clients as well as my personal real estate closings for many years. My last sale was handled by the Camp Springs MD office. The office manager, Ms Sara Bucklew was great, as always. Again, my recommendation is for Brennan Title Company.

  Awesome! And not only awesome but consistently so. It's one thing to handle something well once or twice but I have been settling with them since 2001 and they have seen me through some incredibly crazy ordeals. They stood by their title policy when DC lost the deed to my house. They helped me when a bank refinanced a lien property in with one that was owned free and clear by my client and tried to keep the lien on because it had been a couple years. I mean they have stood by me, my clients and my family for years. Highly recommended!!
