Janene Pharms1Drivetime sold me a car a little over a year ago with the understanding that I could trade in 6mths to a year. That was a lie! I can't trade it in until its almost paid for. I am very disappointed in Drivetime. Yes they help you get into a car, but you will never be able to trade it. I even went to Darcars and was told that no bank will take on a Drivetime vehicle. Buyer Beware. Once you buy from them, u better make sure you understand that you can not trade it in until your 5 years is almost up. Drivetime sold me a car and gave me a nightmare. Monique Peeler1I do not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this place ...they not lying about how fast they will put you in a vehicle but what they don’t tell you is once you pull off that lot they will not help you with NOTHING!!! They sold me a car with bad breaks rotors and break calibers and they not trying to help me at all they just keep giving me the run arounds and I only had the car for 2 months!!! at this point I am fed up...the next step is my lawyer!!!!

Please know that it’s DriveTime’s goal to provide affordable and reliable vehicles for all of our customers. Since we are in the business of selling pre-owned vehicles, the first stop after we purchase our vehicles is our inspection center, where a multi-point inspection is completed. This is when the tires, brake pads and rotors are measured and checked to ensure they meet National Highway Traffic & Safety Administration (NHTSA) guidelines. It is important to keep in mind that some vehicles may show more wear then others, depending on usage. Please also know that DriveTime stands behind our product therefore we do offer a Limited Warranty for the first 30-days/1,500 miles, should the vehicle have a mechanical failure or fall below the safety guidelines from inspection. In addition to the Limited Warranty, we also offer a Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations. It is important to keep in mind that the VSC does not cover maintenance or cosmetic items. The repair facilities would be required to provide the necessary documentation to confirm a failure in order for SilverRock to authorize a covered component claim. The part must be considered as failed or otherwise not working as intended to proceed with the approval. Please understand that if repairs happen to be non-covered, then they would be considered cost of ownership.
