  The service of at Amko Auto was unbelievable. I walked into Amko completed frustrated because over the course of two days I had been to three different dealerships with no success. Not only did my salesman Sean Parker find a perfect 2015 Lexus RX350 his brother Armando Parker worked a miracle with the numbers. Man listen, if you are looking for a great car and a great deal, with amazing service go see these guys at Amko Auto. Sean and Armando are the REAL DEAL !!!!

  These guys are your typical scam artist car dealership. At no point should you have to purchase a warranty to get a low interest rate on a car loan. At no point should the price of the deal change 3 times based on different estimates given. No way you should pay almost $2k in dealer fees. Purchased a car with front end damage that had been repaired and never reported to an insurance company, so upon getting an appraisal on the vehicle lost several thousands of dollars in value over a few months. Maybe your experience was different but like every other business in brown neighborhoods however they can manipulate you for profit they will!

  Just purchased a used vehicle from Amko Autos in District Heights, MD. The staff there were so amazing. Manny and Nas were more than professional and personal. I left with the car I wanted with low payments. Best car buying experience in my life. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks so much guys ( Manny and Nas ). By the way, they also provided us with lunch. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE !

  Today I walked in Amko with nothing but faith and I’m driving away with my new vehicle. I want to especially thank Mohammed Mahamudu for all his help. From the time I walked in the door from the time I left he had been nothing but amazing. He also had me laughing all day. Always, if you are looking for your next vehicle stop by Amko or at least call, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  Brought a car and i was appreciative that i was approved with more money then i offered so i took the car i was offered for a test drive a nice car after complaining about the brakes not being steady i was told they were new brakes, come to find out it had no brake fluid in the car.Two weeks later my AC had a shortage i called before the 30 day warranty was up they told me to bring it in. I brought it in and they told me they would pay for the issue so i got to there mechanic which was miles away (during a heat wave)the mechanic told me i had to pay the fee i called Amko and they told me to pay for it cause i was getting a big discount but hey they got me approved i should say. but Reggie was a great sales man. i went to the location in laurel

  I called and inquired about a vehicle and the price of the vehicle on Thursday, May 9th. Vinny, the sales rep told me over the phone, that the car I was interested in was $22,000 and set up an appt to come in. At first he was rude and tried to rush me off the phone, which should have been my first clue to steer clear. But I proceeded to set up the appt because the car looked beautiful in the pictures online. After I hung up, I received several text messages and phone calls to remind me of my appt, which became quite annoying and looked like Vinnie was desperate. The day of the appt my husband and I drove over an hour and 50 minutes to see the car, which Vinnie had claimed would only take us an hour. Then when we arrived he told us he did not believe we drove that far. The car was not on the lot, for us to see. Vinnie immediately sat us down and had my husband grab papers to fill out, did not even get his lazy butt up to get the papers for us. We informed him that we already had a loan and just wanted to see the car we liked and talk about pricing. He insisted that we still fill out papers to seek other loans and refused to accept our loan. He excused himself and left us to sit wondering what he was doing. He came back and asked us to go with him to see his manager. The first thing I asked the manager was where is the car and why are we not able to see it. He asks us to sit down. Starts running us a chat about wasting each others time and that the car isnt available to look at just yet because it is at the other car lot, he owns 3 and basically after papers are filled out, he calls for the car, we test drive it, and can take the car. He expected us to buy this car and never even see it or drive it first. We sat with the manager and Vinnie for over 30 mins listening to their mumbo jumbo bullcrap. Found out the car was never $22000 and was actually $29,000+. Vinnie liedd to us yet sat in front of his manager and said he doesnt know who told us that price and whoever answered my call was dishonest. Homeboy you are a liar, is what I wanted to say. We were respectful but very disgusted. Wasted over 3 hours drive time, half the day in another state, and time wasted that could of been spent with our kids. Oh but just an fyi the manager just recieved 2 awards for the least repossessed vehicles, which he bragged about. Probably because they're all sitting on his lot unsold.

  I came to Amko Auto to look around at vehicles and the customer service was excellent! They did everything and was above board on what could be done. I drove away in my dream car 2010 Cadillac STS. I would recommend them to everyone. It was a real pleasure doing business here!
