  My fiancé and I were referred to this loan company by our realtor and had a horrible experience. They have terrible communication and they take forever to give you a response or any response for that matter. They took a month to just send us the loan application to fill out and with other loan companies we got an application the next day or that same day we spoke with them.I don’t recommend going to them.

  Hello Itzamaray, It can get complicated to work on income and qualifying when multiple parties are involved. Once we had the full financial picture we were able to make better determinations on how best to proceed. We pride ourselves on doing full, real approvals before you go out and start making offers on homes. As such, we work diligently to make sure that things are worked out ahead of time so we can skip the drama during the transaction and have a smooth closing.   I had a horrible experience with James Beard when he worked at fairway and Becky Clearwater a couple years ago. short story, I told them multiple times in person and on the phone to NOT run my credit yet because I wasn’t ready to purchase A house yet. I just wanted to talk about my options for the future. They were very pushy and told me they just needed a copy of my tax records so they could give me an idea on what we might be able to afford. I have it to them, and they walked out of the room to “make a copy” and ran my credit!! I was so Upset. THEN a few MONTHS later, after I stopped returning their phone calls I get a notification from credit karma that they ran my credit AGAIN!!! I was trying to build my credit, and each time they ran it, my score lowered about 15 points each time. It make me feel “stuck” like I had to work with them now since they already ran my credit and. I think that was their plan. I tried to fight it but they lawyered up and refused to help. I ended up going to guild mortgage and had a great experience.

  Amazing staff. Always willing and ready to answer questions. They definitely care about the people they help they don't treat you like a customer but more like family. James and his team will always be my go too for a new home or refinance. They make the journey so smooth its amazing.

  My sons and have had excellent service w/the James Beard team. The whole team is amazing. I'm trying to move back to the Ealge Point from Spokane n the team has been w/the whole way Taylor is the one working w/ me the most n she really knows her stuff n has gone the extra mile for me n my son's.
