      I took my Jaguar because of the airbag recall notice. While my car was there-I ask them to check a couple things. My heat fan was making a noise and also the check coolant level light was on. The light was because of a bad sensor . They fixed the airbag. The heat fan— the guy took it apart- he said there was a dead mouse in the fan, and he PUT IT BACK TOGETHER !!! He left the mouse in there ( he didn’t like mice!) Could he not have at least cleaned the fan off ????? To fix the check engine light that was on , A new heater fan, coolant sensor ..., they wanted $9000 ! Are you kidding me ? Well- needless to say- I brought my car home. It is now at NTB getting EVERYTHING fixed - plus a battery light came on-on my way home. They are fixing that as well - all for $500 ! I know where I’ll be going for car maintenance from now on ! I came from Winston Salem and they had to keep it - I ask if they had something I could drive— no . I also told them of a problem I had - I got out at a store and the doors would not lock. Ok...my sister and I checked the doors and the trunk . Still would not lock. The car was off , everything in the dash shut down.Came back about 20 minutes later... My car was running and the windshield wipers were going-it was raining a little. When I told them about this - they made comments that I just did’t hear it still on ! I have been driving for 50 years AND I know when a car is still running and when it isn’t. When I got home I left the car on and checked everything. You could definitely hear the car running and when standing at the trunk you could hear the exhaust . This is an XF Supercharged car ! I did not appreciate their condescending attitudes.

His courteous demeanor coupled with a winning personality, positions him to be a quality professional.       to make a long story short jaguar have the best sales team in Greensboro I strongly advise anyone to visit jaguar of Greensboro everyone is so polite and really listen to the customer about what they want when they say that they work for you they really do I am glad to be a part of the family going to jaguar Greensboro was a great the only thing missing off them are capes because they are my super hero's love you guys

      Took my Jaguar for the first service. I had a recall to be address at the time I took the car in to be serviced. We discussed all items to be completed during the service appt. I picked up the car only to find out the recall did not get addressed. The tires not rotated. I have called them back 4 times and no response. I would not go there unless I had to.

      Hello My Mother got her Jaguar from you guy's about 3 weeks ago and I must say she is really enjoying it she has always said one day she was going to get the car of her dreams and you guy's made it so EASY for her to do so the sales team ROCK they are very helpful and made sure she was comfortable as they work their magic we had a ball with "DAVID" at the Greensboro office he is a really good guy My Mother still talks about how he had her laughing we would give you guy's #10 stars if we could!!!
