      There service isn’t great i had my vehicle there for months and had electrical issues with it but when they completed my vehicle I didn’t get back the same as i had before my car had its issue they left on my abs light and traction control light without trying to figure out why it came on and it was on b4 hand when my car was perfectly functioning. And now here recently when just had put a brand new battery in my battery turned out bad with a bad cell and i have to get replaced and they tell me that the battery must being the vehicle in order for them to test it and make sure it’s the battery but if I can’t drive the car due to the dead battery I’m SOL. They only did what they could do bare minimum to fix my vehicle and left it half fixed once they finished just enough for it to drive. To me that’s very poor service.

      The service department has the worst customer service ever! they were to look my car over, wash it and check the brakes because they were making a noise, the service underwriter said that is normal because of the material the pads are made out of but after they looked at the brakes they said there were 5 mm of pads in the rear and 8 mm in the front. the car wasn't washed even though they told me just before i got in it had been. i took my car back and every time i would stop it sounded like they were metal on metal. finely i decided to just look at them myself and found the inner pad was completely gone. i called them up and they said to bring it in again (this was 5 days later) i was told that the brakes and rotors now needed to be replaced after only 700 miles from my driving the last week. they said the charges would be $500 +++ i told them i was willing to pay for the pads and service but not for the rotors which would have been fine if they had seen the bad pad in the first place and that i thought they should pay for the rotors. the service manager told me that it wasn't their fault and they would be willing to pay for 10% of the work done, so rather than arguing with her i just said go ahead and fix them. when i went to pick up my car the window switch was loose for some reason and it had to be taken back and worked on while i waited. when they brought it back out the next time the service manager asked me to come look at the loaner car i was given to drive. she she completely flipped out on me about how the car was muddy and how they actually sold the cars at the dealership and it was completely ridiculous that i would bring it back with some mud on the floor mats and on the arm rest (two days ago we got about 5 inches of rain here from Hurricane Matthew so shocking it might have gotten dirty) she told me that they normally make people pay for cars being brought back dirty but in my case they would just put me on a list so i could no longer get a loaner car. this will without a doubt be the last time i go to flow greensboro and think the dealership should reconsider Donna Voncannon role in management and in a position of dealing with people on any level.

      I was traveling and trying to get home from South Carolina. Was having car issues ECP and traction stability light kept coming on which made it hard to drive so had to stop and turn car off a few times. My husband looked online for the nearest VW dealer to my current location. It happened to be Flow VW of Greensboro, NC. Explained my situation and that the engine light was on and what the car was doing. Even though the dealership was only doing service by appointment. Earliest spot they had was Thursday and it was Tuesday. Donovan Lofton had the car scanned as the engine light was on. He said I needed new coils. They fixed my car and sent me on my way safely in less than 3 hours with limited staff due to COVID precautions and no appointment. AWESOME SERVICE provided to a woman in distress.

      I recently had to bring my Jetta in to be worked on. The staff was great, we were offered a loaner car so we didn't have to wait all day (I have a two year old), and I was called when the problem was found, and when my car was ready. I usually don't like car dealerships, they're usually full of sleazy people, but this place and its staff were nice and weren't intimidating or rude. I will definitely come here from now on.

      I went into the dealership on Wendover back in early February just to look around. I had done some research online and wanted to look at the Tiguan in particular. They greeted me kindly & introduced me to the salesman Ziad, who was just the person for the job. He was very knowledgeable of the car itself, able to answer all my questions, and if he was unsure he made it a point to find out & bring that information back to me. I didn't want to make a hasty decision so they allowed me to drive it home & get a little more acquainted, the next day I felt sure this was the car for me. We negotiated & came to a fair price, giving me any discount they could. I am a recent college graduate & they gave me the opportunity to take advantage of using a program they have for people like myself, which gives a small discount. A few days after purchasing the car I saw a few flaws on the trim, I had no doubt when I called they would take care of it right away. I took the car in to be taken care of, meanwhile they gave me a car until mine was ready, they replaced the parts & wanted to be sure I was happy with the outcome. Ziad was not in any way pushy, allowing me to feel comfortable with my decision. He genuinely cares about his customers & has called me personally multiple times to see how I am enjoying my new Volkswagen & assuring me if I ever need anything not to hesitate to give him a call. Highly recommend VW and Ziad, along with the new spectacular dealership!

      This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by Ziad (he told me to call him Z-man). I told him the price range that I wanted to pay every month and he took me right to the cars that I could afford. Never once did I feel pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with, which is something that I really appreciated. Z-man was very knowledgeable about both the cars that I test drove and he made the buying process such a pleasure. He even stuck around with me after the dealership had closed to make sure that I knew how to work the stereo and get all of my contacts and addresses synced with the navigation system. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Go see Z-man and tell him Chris sent you!

      I bought a vehicle online from this dealer, everyone was really professional, specially Dale Upchurch. He picked me up at the airport when I went to pickup the car. He is not your typical car sales man, he even called me the next day to make sure i made it back home safely to Houston. The finance department was also great and fast. I would buy from this dealer again, specifically if Dale Upchurch is the sales man.

      Robert was very helpful. In addition to separate test drive for myself and my wife, and explaining the multiple features of the vehicle, Robert bent over backwards to find the model we wanted, a dark blue 2019 Atlas SEL 4Motion with a second row bench seat. The more I drive it the more I like it, and my wife is in love. I will definitely go back to Robert and Flow VW Greensboro for any future automotive purchases.
