  Best experience ever with a lender when purchasing our new home! This company cares about you on a personal level. They went out of their way to make our home buying experience as easy and comfortable as possible, were always prompt in returning our gazillions of phone calls, reassured us through all the challenges that arose, and worked tirelessly to provide us with the best possible loan package they could. They really went above and beyond the call of duty, and are compassionate, passionate, wonderful human beings. Not to mention many of them having a good sense of humor! And being incredibly patient with us! Thanks again, RJ and the team - you guys are the absolute best!

  RJ was the best person to help my husband and I buy our first home! Since this was our first RJ explained everything to us and when we had questions that would come to mind throughout the process he was there answering each question so quickly and in a way that we understood. It took us 10 months to find our home in this market and RJ never once waivered and was there for us through the entire 10 months. When it came to the closing process it was so simple with their task list and being able to just upload the needed items. His entire team was so quick to let me know each step. Will be using him for our next home and will always refer him to anyone I know!

  RJ and the team were awesome! They were in the whole process since it started until after the closing day. It was stressful due to it being my husband and I first home but he made it seem so easy. He Always explain every detail to make sure we knew what was going on, or going to need. They are a very supporting team and overall very Patient!   My family is new to the state with no family or friends in the area. A move like that can be daunting, but RJ and his team were on top of it. Not only were the appointments taken care of, but RJ's team went above and beyond to welcome us. Communication was seamless through email, text and phone call. They never hesitated to answer our questions or concerns as first time NC home buyers. They worked around our hectic schedule.   RJ has been amazing to work with! I've had a few mortgages, and I've got to say the process with RJ and Guaranteed Rate was so much better than any other experience I've had. My wife and I worked with him on a new home loan a few years ago, and as rates are super low right now, he's just helped us with a refinance. Both processes went as smoothly as possible. He made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way and helped us gather all of the information needed for underwriting so there were no last minute surprises. The cost was definitely reasonable, and I'm confident we got the best rate available without having any "hidden" fees etc. that some other mortgage brokers may charge. RJ has also always been quick to reply to questions via email and has even helped me prospect some new loan products and opportunities for the future. I'd definitely recommend!!

  RJ and his team with Guaranteed Rate were wonderful during our entire home buying process. From the first phone call made to seek financing he was prompt and answered all of our questions. If we ever had a question that needed clarification, RJ was very prompt in a response even outside of normal business hours. The process was easy after we created an account, & his team stayed ahead of the loan paperwork, allowing us to close on our house on time. Guaranteed rate had us sign a lot of paperwork online as we moved forward during the process, and made the process less daunting. We appreciate RJ and his team, getting us in our new home.   Looking for best rates, and shipping for a loan can be daunting task, until a my realtor (a friend) recommended RJ. I have financed my home two years ago, and again refinanced the house this year with RJ, and I’ve never had an easier or better experience. He knows the business and his team will keep you updated, and informed every step of the process. They even started texting me from their personal phones when I told them my preference for communication is through text, to remind me to sign papers :).
