  Jacob made our refinance experience effortless and easy. His communication was 10/10 throughout this whole process. He answered all our questions thoroughly and quickly. We started our refinance around June 25th, and signed our new paperwork yesterday to close. I would highly recommend Jacob.

  With the market rapidly raising, I knew I had to make the move and look into buying a house. My credit wasn't great and I didn't have the slightest clue on how to begin. Jacob was recommended to me by my mother. Jacob was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process.He was very patient and didn't give up on me. Jacob worked with me for about 7-8 months helping me raise my credit score and get in all appropriate documents. Jacob was quick and very efficient when it was time to sign papers.   This is the third time, and second home purchase in which I've used Jacob. He was phenomenal during both purchases and my refinance. He is very fast to respond, knowledgeable, and if he can't answer a question, he can get back to you quickly with exactly the answer you need. He was able to get us funded even before our short closing time, and that short closing time was key to our offer being accepted over the others. I look forward to working with Jacob again!

  Jacob helped me with a mortgage loan recently. I had never gone through the process, thinking it would take months, but Jacob had us approved in less than that. As long as we were ultra responsive, the loan was processed very quickly. Too add, he is on the ball. He definitely knows his profession and he delivered with flying colors.   My goodness where do I even begin to describe our experience. As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I were incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Jacob Eckerd. Throughout the process we experienced many bumps and setbacks, luckily for us we had Jacob by our side every step of the way.
