  Need a loan? Then look no further… Ben is your guy! My wife and I recently refinanced our first home with him in February. We also setup our loan with him on our second home this August. We will be using him for all our future loans! Ben was at our disposal for any questions or help we needed. He is very knowledgeable and hard working.   Benjamin assisted with my first home purchase in 2012. The experience left me coming back a second time to have a refinance done on my house. I originally wanted to pull money out of equity to renovated. After further discussion I told him I wasn't comfortable with pulling money out. He was very gracious and understanding. He was never pushy or rude when i was going back and forth about the loan. In the end I just refinance and bring the value of my house up and drop off the mortgage insurance I was paying for the last 2 years. It saved in $100 a month on my mortgage and I was able to pay off a down payment loan I took out to purchase the home. Ben has always been nice and polite and reachable whenever i had a question. I will use Ben's services for the rest of my life.

  Ben was extremely attentive. He answered any concerns immediately via email, text, or phone call. He even showed up when I signed all my closing documents with the notary on a Saturday! As a first time home buyer, I was confused on all the lingo and overall process, but Ben helped to ease my mind when finding a loan. I talked to about 6 different loan officers and Ben was able to provide me the best rate and fees. He will go above and beyond for his clients!

  Ben helped me purchase my first home with an FHA loan. I had a million questions throughout the process, to which he answered swiftly, clearly and politely (never made me feel dumb). Give Ben a call if you are thinking about buying or refinancing, he is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He even made me a custom Snapchat filter the day I closed! I was pretty excited about that.
