  Purchasing a home can be so stressful, first the house hunting and then the loan process. However, this is the second time we have used Allison to purchase a home. And once again Allison and her team have made it so easy and simple for us to purchase our home. Allison is a great communicator and kept us in the loop the entire process. We needed a quick close, which you would think would add a degree of difficulty or stress and it did not. I highly recommend using Allison for your mortgage needs!!!   Allison and her team were so helpful when we refinancing our home. With the home values skyrocketing in our area we really wanted to capitalize on the lower rates and higher values in order to get out of a first time homebuyers loan. We had several issues at first trying to get the value where we needed it but Allison was so patient with us. We were able to close on our refi end of last year and get out of the horrid loans we had. We now have an awesome affordable payment and made a new friend in the process.   Allison helped me find a loan for a mortgage on a new home. She guided me through the process and presented several different options for me to choose. I remember when we were working on the paperwork she was consistently available each day to respond to my questions and follow-up on all parties in order to meet the contracted deadlines.   My experience working with Allison Tyler could not have been better. Allison was extremely professional, courteous and responsive with any questions my husband or I had. I was most impressed with how easy she made the process. I was also very impressed with the quick turnaround time to close our mortgage.
