  My husband and I had the privilege of working with Joy Gillette of Island Home Loans. This was the first time we'd purchased a home long-distance. Joy was awesome throughout the entire loan process. As many of us know, buying a home and applying for a loan can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. Joy was able to help us navigate a few unexpected (underwriting-related) challenges without batting an eye. And all of her document requests were clear and concise - there was no guesswork. This helped soothe and calm our spirits because we knew we were always in great hands. And finally, Joy was always accessible and responsive - which ultimately made her all the more invaluable as our loan officer. We are so grateful we were able to work with Joy at Island Home Loans!

  Kimberly and her team are awesome! She helped me with a very messy 1031 and did great. I have buying and selling real estate for investments for a very long time and she is calm, zero drama and knows what's she's talking about. There's alot of brokers on the islands and she and her team have been the best so far. Very thankful to work for her.

  We have worked with Gary Young and the Island Home Loan Office for two transactions. Appreciate how they are always prompt about returning your call. Very knowledgeable about rates and right fit for your income. They are also honest when not sure or don’t know, they research and promptly get back.   Outstanding service! Kimberly Quintana at Island Home Loans helped us through the loan process for our first home. From our initial inquiry on their website through closing day, she always promptly provided us with all necessary information, answered our many questions, and was willing to explain every step and detail along the way. We interacted exclusively via e-mail (during the covid pandemic) and the process was absolutely seamless. More than once, Kimberly sent us information after hours and on the weekend to make sure no time was wasted. All the paperwork that Kimberly took care of for us was filled completely and accurately, without a single typo anywhere. Last but not least, she found us an affordable loan and made sure our application was approved quickly, so that we could close on our house ahead of schedule. Kimberly's service and dedication are outstanding and we would recommend her to anyone.

  Island Home Loans are a great group of people!!! They are very helpful and patient!!! Kimberly Quintana helped me and my husband. She was efficient, patient and very professional. She walked us through every step, answered all of our questions and it was a lot of questions. Her professionalism made us really comfortable, knowing that someone of her caliber was there for us was great. We actually just closed on our house last week. But whenever we are ready to buy another, we will definitely go back to see Kimberly!!!!

  Gary Young has been extremely helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure I understood the process of purchasing a home. He helped me with any questions I had and guided me through purchasing a home.   These guys should be the first and only place to contact for your home loan. We worked with Joy and she was GOD sent. I own a business and thought it would be difficult to prove Income and show enough to qualify for a loan. Through the process step by step, Joy was very patient with us and diligent to make it possible to get approved for our home. In the end we ended up closing a week and a half earlier and keys to large house on a 2 acre lot. Truly big Mahaloz to Joy and the team at Island Home Loans!
