  Nicolette was amazing to work with! She walked us step by step through the whole process and whenever it appeared we were at a stand still in the process, nicolette was in the background making sure she did everything in her power to keep the loan going through.   Our project was unique (a first of it's kind in Hawaii) and the process was lengthy to obtain first a land loan then a construction loan. Once complete we will be converting to a permanent mortgage which we will be once again trusting Niki to provide us with the best options available. Niki's experience and professionalism made the entire process, though challenging (for both of us I think), easier to manage. She was always available to give us guidance on the next step to take or challenge we needed to meet. All of this Niki accomplished during a global pandemic while dealing with the effects of COVID on both a professional and personal level. We happen to be building in the town that Niki was born and raised in so we felt an instant connection.   Each time we had questions, Niki patiently and kindly explained to help us understand. I know that we were often too demanding, asking her to clarify line by line in various documents we got and Niki patiently and even pleasantly explained to us each time. Also, she didn't forget to let us know each time which step we were in and what steps were remaining ahead. Niki is the best among several mortgage professionals we've ever worked with. Thanks very much again to Niki, and we definitely recommend her!

  Niki is so much more than a loan officer. She is an advocate for you and your family's success in buying a house. She will help you figure out how much is really affordable - taking everything into account, and really provides the VIP treatment to her customers! If you are a first time home buyer and need someone to guide you through the labyrinth of rules and things to consider when buying your new house, I would highly recommend giving Niki a call.
