  Great bank to visit if you ever want to open up an account, they also provide good financial services as well. I highly recommend if looking to open a bank account.

  Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. All my transactions were handled perfectly and I am very happy I decided to use the Bellmore Branch.

  I made a previos review with my other account but for some reason Google is blocking it but I went in person on 02/04/2022 at the Belmore branch at 450pm it was empty to inquire about a car loan and they informed me they do not do auto loans in branch only online. I then proceeded to call their number on their site to inquire about doing the loan over the phone and was told I could in fact go in branch. This whole situation is completely unprofessional and both staff over the phone and in branch should be trained to provide the same quality of service and have the same knowledge throughout. Completely unsatisfied with my whole experience of Island Federal.
