  This company was used as the "agent" for my title insurance for my home purchase in 2017. I am in the process of selling my home and discovered that there are several open permits and no C of O for all of them. I called them and they told me to speak to my attorney from 5 years ago. What is the point of title insurance? If you see Ram Abstract Ltd as the agent for your title insurance, DO NOT USE THEM.

  There is unlawful shady business practice with this title company! Monies that are in escrow account are being used with out clients approval. Robbing Peter to feed Paul with clients escrow monies! They Wait for other closing to come in so they can take other clients monies to replace what was in escrow. They cant come up with my $250,000 dollars that was in their escrow account it's been over 16 days I cannot get wire confirmation on where's my Monies! FULL INVESTIGATION! Beware of this title company it is a scam!

  This company has no idea what title is all about - especially when dealing with title issues pertaining to out of state. They were claiming they have council on matters pertaining to NJ but would not reveal the name of this attorney nor would allow our attorney to speak to him. The attitude we got from Jennifer was utterly disgusting.
