  Pretty disappointed about Chase response during COVID. Unable to get into online banking, no one in the branch can help, no customer service available since COVID, no answers. Very frustrating to get anything done with Chase.

  Worse branch ever people work up there are so rude everytime you go up there you have to wait 30min atlist just for deposite.its better to drive 5 miles more and go to any other branch but never go to this branch.i was up there at 1:36pm today on 2/2/2019 on drive way my car was 3rd one in a raw and i waited 35 min by the time i came up on window I waited 20 min to just deposite after i gave a money to the lady who work up there.there was a 8 car behind me waited estimated time two and a half for those car who were behind.this is the worse ever branch i have ever seen i go to 3 times in Week to deposite money in this branch we have a two bussiness account they have this problem everytime.they just dont want to solve it.chase is a great bank but this branch is worse ever.they needs to chnage staff up there or get more people to work so they can atlist give a better customer service
