      Only one great teller in this bank always honest and helpful he is mostly always at the last window to the right. Not sure of his name, white blonde guy short hair. Great person. Now there’s one other teller that’s a miserable character I think he has Napoleon complex. He’s making it a horrible place there and always giving me a hard time and i have a business account there. Makes me wait 15 minutes to get my roll of coins for my business. All the time he is the only one that does it to me. Then talks on the phone like he’s on the street with no professionalism.

      Due to COVID, it is extremely difficult to actually get the right help when it comes to anything beyond just depositing a check. Thanks to the help of one very smart bank teller, Carlos, he went above and beyond to help me with depositing a check into my IRA account. Thanks so much, Carlos!!

      The tellers at great and the location is great! However hours online are stated 9-1pm Saturdays so I went at 12:20 and they were closed. Really needed to take money from my checking account and couldn't.

      Very professional staff and customer friendly. They treat their customers like family. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of banking. One of the customer reps (Wendy) goes above and Good morning sunshine -- very busy last night in the CC ---I like classic empire along with your pick --- want to do both? to make sure her customers are happy. It is a pleasure doing business with this branch -- keep up the good work!

      My husband and I went to this branch to open an IRA. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We had to do an IRA rollover which takes a while but everyone is terrific. Thanks to Jason, Wendy and Vicky and to the head of this great team, Matt.
