Jeanna Monroe1Useless!! I had to go to an atm to talk to anyone. Then when they finally answered after trying 3 times she wouldn't accept my car payment and there was no one around to help. I walked out and I'm looking into changing my car payment. I had to call over the phone to pay where they dont send you a receipt. Awful. Useless place. Bring back actual people to help!! Update: When I paid over the phone the connection was lost and I was hung up on. I was beyond angry but when I walked in and invited myself into Jay Gillespie's office he was so helpful he flipped my mood right around. He helped beyond belief. Without him I'd still be incredibly angry. Atleast they have one good apple!

Anglea Castleman1I have a credit union in Houston, so I do shared banking with InTouch. I arrived on Saturday to deposit cash into my bank account. The lady at the bank stated that Saturday’s are reserved for only InTouch members! Hmm,I did not see this on their website. I guess this would be a new rule? Thought about switching to InTouch, not any more. Not very customer friendly!!

Usman Rehmatullah1So I went to the credit union to close my mother's account, who was accompanying me. And this woman decided it was ‘okay’ to speak curtly to ‘us’ (brown people!). I was doing the conversation because my mom can't speak english and she was dressed in her traditional Pakistani clothes, so I gave her my mom's account number and she asked for ID which we didn't have because my mom forgot the id at home. I said we just want to close the account is it necessary to get the ID for closing the account also. I gave you the account number and name and the person is sitting right in front of you but I regretted my request instantly the way she refused. Thank God I don't bank with Intouch I closed my account long time ago. The point is for Intouch to know that there staff must be taught to be helpful and respectful and the tone should not change with preference to COLOR. Even my mother who doesn't even live here noticed and complained to me of her rudeness.

Oscar V1You can’t do any shared branch transactions on weekends which is when people actually have time. They only have two machines and one of them is for shared branch. Then when you go on the days that is open to shared branch customers, their system is down and can’t do any shared branch transaction. InTouch needs to get “InTouch” with their business model cause they’re losing customers QUICKLY. I refuse to use InTouch and will not refer a friend. I’d rather drive 30 mins to another Shared Branch.

Jackie Wood1I just use this account for automatic bill payment and one of my jobs direct deposit. Got an account when fees only applied to overdrawn accounts. Hours were cut this last two months and bills came out then this account had $3 in checking and $.30 in “savings” paycheck hit but the night before they took out $7.50 for checking account fee and $4.50 for “savings low balance fee” which put my account into -$9.00 then they charged me $20 for a overdrawn account. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A CREDIT UNION IM SWITCHING.

Steve Palomino1Should be called OutOfTouch or LostTouch Credit Union It was nice having the tellers recognize me when I walked in. They were quick, efficient, and helpful. Now it's a dread to go make a deposit. It takes soooo long! We'll be moving our accounts.

Andrew Stutzman1InTouch is looking to take first, in the race to the BOTTOM! Technology is great, but occasionally you need a real person to interact with....not at InTouch. People have been replaced with ATM's in the Drive up AND lobby. I wish there was a ZERO star rating, one seems to generous.
