  I stop by this place every other week to make my deposits, when I drive to work at a project in Plano on Saturday. The staff there are very friendly & I’ve been very satisfied with the Credit Union Of Texas. It is to me, well kept compared to a lot of unions and banks I’ve been to. First time I made a trip to this union I met an awesome teller that was very friendly & polite named Catherine & She has been very helpful in answering questions that I’ve had along with my financial questions. & every time I’ve went here, Catherines always been a great help & She strikes me as someone that’s doing her best. Yet again it’s the friendly service here that has made my visits here a pleasant one.

  Catherine Sinatra has excellent customer service when I need help at the Credit Union of Texas. She always greets with a smile and is there to answer any questions. While I worked at Habitat for Humanity of Collin County she volunteered and handled all of the headshots in a professional manner. It is refreshing to know Credit Union of Texas in McKinney has such a dependable, skillful, timely, and friendly worker. I will always stay using your bank because of her great service.

  Hello Ms. Sarah, I hope all is well with you. I wanted to take this time to let everyone know about Sarah Beaubouef. Ms. Sarah Beaubouef is a dedicated employee with CUTX-McKinney. Ms. Sarah walked me through the process, this month (March, 2022) and allowed me to think about my options when it came to making a financial decision in purchasing or leasing a new car. Since I wasn't sure about Leasing and after having my 2011 Ford Edge for 11 years, Ms. Sarah made the decision very easy for me and explained everything in great detail so I would understand it. Ms. Sarah was patient enough to ensure me that whatever decision I made, she would be there to assist me. When sharing my final decision about Leasing to fit my budget, Ms. Sarah showed a great deal of professionalism. She presented outstanding customer service, she's caring, understanding, and not to mention, has a sense of humor. For that, I'm very much appreciative!  :-) I believe Ms. Sarah Beaubouef deserves a raise, bonus,and/or a gift card of her choosing for a job well done.   What an awesome organization! Monthly providing opportunities for local nonprofits and customers to connect to know what’s available in their community. With Catherine not only was she very professional in the office but afterwards she donated toothbrushes toothpastes food and more to families in need. A big hearted young lady with a desire to help those less fortunate! Congratulations to CUTX for hiring such amazing people! They genuinely make a difference in the lives of others!

  These guys are the best team ever. Their product knowledge and customer service is amazing. Catherine is awesome and the rest of the front line tellers. Roopal , Sarah and Marriane are also great.

  Went in to pay on a loan with a check, teller told me I could use my debit card from another bank. Then get my statement and my bank charged me $9.75 for using a non Chase atm- called to tell them they may want to advise people that their bank MAY charge a fee, but the lady told me they can’t lie to people- since when is saying they “may” a lie? Bc I was fine paying by check! Nope, she wanted to die on the hill of not their problem to tell people that- now if the teller had not been the one to suggest me using a debit card- my bad! So beware!

  Had some fraudulent activity on my checking account with an old debit card and kept getting the run-around with Member Card services. I called the local branch, specifically for Sarah Beaubouef, because she was so professional, friendly and sweet when we had come into the branch just months before on other banking business. I had to leave a message but she called me back. I was relieved because I was completely frustrated prior to her call. Sarah, immediately swung into action, got on the phone with me and card services but everyone had gone home for the day. Sarah stayed on the phone well after the CU had closed for business and assured me that she would assist to get the fraudulent activity cleared up and my money back into my account. She set a time for the next morning, called me and we were able to get the Fraud department on the line, get a new case opened for me and answered all the necessary questions I had about next steps. She is extremely professional and very helpful with impeccable customer service. She gave me some sound advice that I will certainly implement going forward when it comes to safely banking and ensuring that my fraud alerts were set up on my debit cards going forward. Although I was having a bad, frustrating day, I felt some calm and relief knowing that she would be helping me get it resolved. I am immensely grateful for her hard work and the personal care and attention that she exudes in her service to the customer. Sarah is well-deserving of 5-stars.

  Sarah B. at the Ridge and el dorado location is extremely thorough and even set up my appointment to get a TX ID card bc mine was expired. The benefits are insane; so glad I opened this account

  The McKinney branch is awesome. I had to consolidate my loans to due to some high Interest rates that I was paying through another financial companies. Sarah Beaubouff helped me every step of the way. She explained the process and how it help to lower my monthly payments. I would highly recommend CTXU for helping family to have a better interested rate.. Thank you Sarah and CTXU..
