  I had the pleasure of working with Mike Hammel at Integrity Home Loans to refinance my home. The entire process went pretty seamless considering all the information that is required to complete a refi. Mike was very professional and it was obvious that he cared that I would have a positive experience which I did. He is very personable and motivated to get the job done. Mike always responded in a timely matter and kept me in the loop with everything pertaining to my loan. I would definitely use Mike's services again the next time I'm in need of a loan/refi.

  After getting preapproved for a terrible amount and an awful interest rate, my husband and I continued our search for a lender that wouldn't take advantage of us. In our search we stumbled upon Integrity Home Loans, LLC. I worked with Mike Hammel and I can honestly say that there couldn't have been a better person to work with. From the beginning, Mike was very responsive and had a vast knowledge of information for all of the questions we had. If he didn't have an answer, he would always find out for us and returned an answer for us in a timely manner. There were a series of hoops to jump through, but Mike was patient and very willing to help us out through every bit of the way. The seller we were working with nearly demanded an earlier close date through negotiations and put Mike through some stress to which his response was "Let's get you in your home". I'm very pleased to give Integrity Home Loans, LLC 5 stars and would recommend them in a heartbeat.   Another refinance (rates were too low not to take advantage of them), and another great experience. If you are treated well and get quality service the first time, there is no need to shop around...you go with what worked! Mike Hammel and his team provided excellent service throughout the loan process and I would be happy to work with him again. If you are looking for someone that is honest, provides top notch customer service, and will get you a great rate, look no further.

  I just refinanced my home to take advantage of the currently low interest rates. Mike from Integrity Home Loans was referred to me by a longtime friend and colleague. With all of the current distancing requirements, Mike was able to provide a high level of assistance and via Email, text and phone calls. He answered all of my questions and maintained my confidence throughout the process. We even pulled some money out of the equity for some home improvements. Unfortunately, my wife will no longer allow me put off the deck replacement. Thanks Mike.
