  We can not emphasize enough the quality level of service we have received while living at Dutch Village Apartments. Susan, the property manager, is timely, consistent, and thorough in the follow through with all of our issues. We also owe many thanks to the maintenance team for their hard work in helping us make accommodations in our unique mobility situation. They went the extra mile to ensure that our home is functional and comfortable for everyone in the family. We absolutely give this property management team a big thumbs up!

  A big shout out to Joanna Loaiza, Residential Relationship Manager with Bluestone and Hockley!! Her amazing attention to detail and quick response makes scheduling and completion of multi family turns a breeze. Always willing to go above and beyond to assist in the day to day. She is my go to!!   I contacted Bluestone & Hockley because of a lost check. Bruno M. took it upon himself to personally investigate and see what he could find out. He found the check and confirmed that it was credited to my account. I really appreciate the fact that he went the extra step and that I didn't have to place a stop payment and start all over again.   The application process took longer than i expected, and I was asked to provide more than three times the rent as proof of income which is unusual. Other than that, though, I had a swift move in process once the details were sorted out, and I am very pleased with the apartment for the price of it. It feels new, comfortable, and the grounds are well maintained and community oriented. Doug was very personable and helpful during the annual inspection.

  I was a resident here for almost 3 years, and an apartment dweller for the past 20 years. By far Susan and Robert were the best managers and staff i have ever worked with. I had zero concerns or issues during my time with Bluestone & Hockley. 5 stars for sure and definitely highly recommended. Thank you.

  I just moved into Parkhurst apartment from out of state. I love my new apartment its everything the manager Tiffany said and better. When i arrived the apartments was super clean and there where flowers and a welcome home card. Best experience i have had so far getting a new place! Thank you Tiffany and bluestone & Hockley

  The serene and tidy complex at Lake Village is why I've lived in the same place since 2015. Susan was willing to help us get into the right living situation and I couldn't be more thankful as I moved here 4 years ago. Susan and Robert have been progressive whenever new things come up and are willing to share updates and reminders to all of the tenants which is certainly appreciated. I never feel like I'm a burden when I need to request a fix or have a question and it's nice being able to walk in directly to the office to talk with Susan who is on site most days of the week.

  This is specifically regarding a manager named Susan Leighty. I met Susan several years ago while looking for a new apartment. I was new to Section 8 and was completely baffled by how the system worked. I was also very humbled and embarrassed by being "on the system". She not only put me at ease, but showed so much compassion, I have never forgotten her kindness. It's one of those things when I mention her name, my voice cracks just a little. I reached out to her again today- years later- (It was great to talk with her again) for advice on trying to get an application through. Bluestone Hockley has a very good decent person working for them. Even though she was basically a stranger to me, I think very highly of her- and her decency and kindness will never be forgotten. She is singly the reason I would rent from Bluestone Hockley. Thank you Susan! For just being an awesome person. I was feeling pretty low- and you made things better for me. Katie Satterfield

  Liod Guerra did a great job. He was the maintenance technician sent out to my apartment when my bathtub knob broke. He was quick, nice, professional, and he wore his face mask and shoe covers and gloves. Because of him I get to take a bath tonight. Reading a book whilst taking a bath is my number two favorite pastime--kick scooting is first--and because of Liod, I get to take one. Thanks, man.
