  I’ve been an Oregonians member for nearly four years and they are always excellent to work with. Today I called and spoke with Linda regarding various questions and she was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and overall helpful. It was a great experience, and it always is. I always highly recommend Oregonians Credit Union for banking needs. They truly value the customer and make sure to put them first.

  I have been working with Grant the branch manager at this location, on purchasing an out of state vehicle, he maid the process, very easy for me. His professionalism was great, And much appreciated, my free time is very limited because of my work schedule. It was a really helpful to beable too signed E - Documents right at home also. This is my second auto loan with Oregonians Credit Union,and I have never had any problems with any tellers or manager. Oregonians Credit Union YOU ROCK!! Signed customer for life! Thanks again. Joe

  My recent experience with Oregonians Credit Union and specifically, Grant Richardson at the Beaverton Branch was top-notch. He was very professional, friendly, and was able to complete my request in a very short time. In addition, his follow up with me was unexpected and very much appreciated. I would recommend anyone to contact him relating to their financial needs. Excellent service !

  Our family has been working with Oregonians for years, and with the personalized help of their on-staff financial counselor and branch manager, we have completely transformed our finances. We started banking at Oregonians seven years ago, and approached them in desperate need of help. We had skyrocketing debt and terrible credit, and had no sense of how to fix it. Oregonians staff members gave us the tools to pull ourselves out of it with patience, empathy and kindness. It truly felt like they were rooting for us. And years later, we are in a completely different place. We never thought that could happen, but it did because of Oregonians.

  I was going to buy a new car and looking for financing. Looked to do through the dealership but didn't like the interest rate and have a great credit score. Went to Oregonian's and their interest rate was 1.73% better than what was offered at the dealership. The cherry on top was the EXCELLENT customer service they provided. I worked with Grant and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made my experience quite enjoyable. He has made the whole process very easy, with quick response times. If you are looking for an auto loan, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

  I have been a member for over 30 years and I also have a mortgage with OFCU. Ten years ago I moved to Europe but kept my OFCU account open and use it on a regular basis. International banking can be a challenge some times so I have had to reach out for support quite a few times via email. The help I get is super. I will always get a return mail very soon after they start business in their morning and they will stay with me until the problem is sorted. Everyone has been very courteous and helpful.

  Have been a customer/member since late 70’s. Home refinance/ car loans are easy and fast . Website and web support are great!!! Customer service and support have always been exceptional. Highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  I recently had to inquire about a payment denied by the CU...seems someone(ME) entered the wrong account numbers. Lindamarie was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Not only did she help resolve the problem but advised me on obtaining a much lower interest rate. For over 40 years I have had nothing but excellent service with various car loans and a equity loan. Always polite,courteous and very accommodating to my financial situation. I am retired now and continue to be very satisfied with the service. I take advantage of a Christmas Club to set aside money for property taxes, very easy and money is there at tax time. Again a quick thank you to Lindamarie for continuing the 40 years of being treated as a valued member instead of a faceless customer. Adrienne Giambrone
