  Getting a loan for a home can be a process, getting a loan for a home during a pandemic is even more of a process. My wife and I weren't sure if now was the best time, or how difficult things would be. We were referred to Andy & Nicole by our Real Estate Agent and were cautiously optimistic. After meeting with Andy over a webcam call- he spent about 45 minutes getting to know us and understanding our situation, as well as explaining all of the steps in the process. He made it easy to contact - being available on phone, text, or email and would constantly reach out to us when there was new information. His attitude was always positive, never once were we worried about anything because his team including our agent were so positive and on top of it. The ease of using a mobile app to upload documents, emails to sign documents made our lives that less stressful. He even called us to let us know a day when we could buy points and drop our interest rate by a whole percentage. That was extremely helpful and saved us almost $100 a month on our mortgage. This was our first time buying a house- but I highly doubt there's many others out there who give such fantastic service. Highly recommend
