  Byron is superb. My fiancé and I were looking to buy a townhouse at the beginning of January. We found one we liked and made an offer. Another offer was made and our counter offer included a promise from Byron that he could get us closed inside of two weeks, which we believe was ultimately why our offer was accepted. Byron encountered multiple issues with various needs for the underwriter and worked constantly- contacting employers, reference letters, etc (way more than he expected when he promised a two week closing period) but he still got it done, and did so 5 days before our predetermined closing date (9 total business days!). He is excellent, professional, reliable and experienced. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

  Mr. Byron Goates has been excellent loan officer with great efficiency, very professional, always calm and cool to discuss the case with you for trouble shooting and resolve the issue in your best possible interest! Byron helped me to close on a very difficult conventional loan on a beautiful condo in American tower and processed the loan in 28 days and has been able to qualify me for another home purchase… I have been happy to refer couple of my friends to Byron! They were able to get me qualified and worked with me through each bump along the way. We closed 28 days after our initial offer thanks in large part to Byron's hard work. When I shopped for comparisons mortgages, I was told by other prospective lenders that they could not beat the rate and credits I was receiving.
