  What a great and easy experience! We recently "creatively" bought a house with the help of my mother in law, and Joe couldn't have made the process any easier. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable (cause we had a lot of questions), but getting pre-approved for a loan made the buying process quick and painless. We knew what we were approved for, and it made closing that much easier. Now we're happily first-time home buyers! And Joe will always be my first recommendation for anyone in the home buying process.

  Joe has helped me with two mortgages and both were handled with speed and great attention to detail. He is also a great source for suppliers you might need to keep your home looking great, like landscapers and painters. If I have a problem and need some advice, I turn to Joe first for his suggestions. He's the best! Plus his email campaign always has helpful items that I need to know and reminders that I appreciate.

  Joe at Veritas Funding did an amazing job for us. We were first time home buyers and he made things so easy. I can’t even describe how pleased I was with the entire process. They did such a great job communicating with my realtor and making things run smoothly. He was very quick to respond to any e-mails, phone calls, or questions I had. He was very thorough with our complicated finances and got everything together so quickly that we were able to close early!   Joe and his team are wonderful. As a second time homebuyer, I was a little concerned about how my husband and I were going to successfully buy our home from way out here in West Africa. But Joe and his colleagues put us completely at ease. I'm sure I only got a glimpse of all the behind-the-scenes work going on because I know that this was a big effort with lots of moving parts. Everyone I worked with demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process and it made our experience as stress-free as any home purchase can be!

  Joe Libin and his team are amazing! Bought our first home and had to get creative since my fiance' at the time had recently started working after Grad School (lots of fun student loans:)). Joe and team were able to get us set up and pre-approved then after two homes that ended up falling through (issues with the homes not up to par after inspections), we finally found our dream home and Joe helped us get an even lower rate than initially approved for and helped save us on closing costs etc. He was prompt in answering questions and made us feel completely comfortable during the entire process. We won't use anyone else for mortgage needs in the future, Joe, we are clients for life! Thanks for everything!

  Joe at the Veritas group is amazing! He took the time and patience to guide my wife and I through our first home purchase. He explained all of the important factors that go along in buying a home as well as getting us a great a deal on our home loan. He was extremely knowledgable about the market and kindly put up with all of our questions and provided us the clear cut answers we were looking for.   Start to finish Joe and his team were amazing. I was prepared for delays, drama, headaches and frustration... because that is what everyone told me to expect when purchasing my first home. Joe was proactive with every detail and worked closely with my realtor to make sure I was always ahead of the deadlines. Frankly I've had much more difficulty purchasing cars.   As a first-time home buyer, I found Joe to be very knowledgeable and willing to discuss the details of different financing options. He looks out for the best financial interests of his client and he was great about answering all of my questions in a manner that I could understand which was extremely important to me.   I can't say enough about Joe and his team. As a self employed person, the mortgage process was a bit more difficult for me. It took more documentation, more time and more effort to get the loan done. Joe and his team not only went the extra mile to get our loan across the finish line, but also made sure we had a great experience throughout the entire process. Joe took great effort to help us get our loan done and I appreciate everything he did. I can't recommend him enough.
