  Katrinka went completely above and beyond to help us! She talked us through getting and increasing credit scores as we were new to the US. During the loan process the ran through lots of scenarios to give us the best options and was super responsive whenever we had questions. I will absolutely be recommending her to everyone I know!

  Whenever I do anything that involves finances, I get worried. I'm not the smartest guy when it comes to the details of a mortgage. Collette was the Great Translator. She was very communicative and, I felt, working for my best interest. She even called to tell me to disregard some of the paperwork as they had gotten me a better rate. Thank you for an easy and seamless refinance!

  Avoid. Upfront and honest, but they tell you something can't be done that absolutely can. Go to a better company, a mortgage broker, and get a much better deal. We found a genuine no cost mortgage with another company that didn't hide/roll-in any fees to the refinance. Same principal out as when we went into the refinance, same escrow in as the refunded escrow out from previous lender, but HUGE savings from a lower rate. We can do this every week FOR FREE as long as rates keep dropping and go to the right broker.

  We are so glad that we found Mike Jones for our home purchase in another state. We are moving from one state to another and have a unique situation during the coronavirus climate. I wish we selected Mike Jones and his team initially, but we trusted our broker's recommendations first. We spoke to multiple recommended local lenders in the state we are moving to, but they did not know how to deal with unique situations like ours. Mike Jones, Austin Treadway, and Rail Cressall helped us and are outstanding in their attention to detail. This group is highly dependable, very reliable, and the team you will want on your side. They are super responsive by texting (fastest), by email, and by FaceTime!! We submitted an email to Mike on a Saturday night, expecting a Monday-response, BUT Mike responded immediately through text message. Mike and his team gave us a 3-week timeline from the time we started communicating to process our loan, and thankfully it looks like we will complete this process in less time than that. They are based in Utah but can help anyone within the 50 United States. This team is terrific and will treat you like their friends or family. With great confidence, Mike Jones and his team have my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for home buying or refinancing.

  We so much appreciate the constant communication, updates, and all the patience her and her team had for us!! She/they went the EXTRA mile in every step of our process!!
