  Ok at first it was all good the first car I picked was a 2013 dodge dart when I took it home it started shaking after sending it to the shop 3 or 4 times they traded it out for a 2014 Chevy Cruze with a bad turbo after about two weeks problem wasn't fixed so they took it back and gave me a third car the next day I took that car back cause of the check engine light came on the gages stopped working and the front struts was bad that's when it got bad I was told I had to fix everything but the gages they would fix that now I have a car that hardly runs and they won't touch it for the price I was charged I shouldn't have a single problem but I ended up with a high dollar yard decoration not happy I would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth not happy with the car and not happy with the v.p. tim no stars from me here

  I went there thinking I wasn't going to get approved for a car because I have went to so many other dealerships with no luck, but I worked with MAC I almost was not able to walk away with anything that day and he did EVERYTHING to get me into my SUV that I have today literally went above and beyond to help me find what was in my budget and got me the truck I wanted. I highly recommend they work with you no matter what 👍👍👍

  I recommend this dealership all hands down. Go see Mac, he will work wonders and miracles for you to walk out with a car. He spent hours working on a deal For me and I love my new Kia Soul!!! You need a car call Mac he’ll have you in something quick!!

  My down payment amount got changed multiple times. Was told a few things that were not true and was not told information I should’ve been told until I was sitting down to sign the paperwork. They say they have a 30 day “no hassle exchange” policy, well that’s not true. I found rust on my car and wanted to exchange it so I contacted the salesman and requested that he send me information on which cars I could exchange with. He would not do it and told me I should just fix the rust. Also had a piece of trim broken and I asked them to look at it. They told me it was not worth fixing it. On top of all that the finance company they use are completely ridiculous. I’ve been laid off for 3 weeks due to the covid outbreak. I was told that they didn’t care and if my payment was 5 days late they would send it to collections. Terrible people and company all the way around.

  Terrible place, did not honor their warranty on my car when my engine blew. Would not call me back for weeks then when I got a call back about it they told me they would have to contact another place and get back with me... Car sat for 6 weeks broke down while I continued making payments and getting told I would get a "call back" I would never suggest going here even if your stuck with bad credit and they can get you approved.. I regret my purchase with them very much. Would give zero stars if possible.

  Best car buying experience ever these guys Ethan Mac and Tom were awesome. Went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied when you left highly recommend getting a car from them. Great inventory of cars.

  Mac was so patient and helpful with me ! I got the SUV wanted . I got into the vehicle and I said this is the one I want and after that it was magic I was so happy! He’s also a really cool guy ! Hey if anybody looking for a car instant auto is the place & don’t forget to ask for MAC 😊🤞🏽🤞🏽
