  They cashed a check that someone had stolen out of our mail box washed and re wrote. As far I am concerned any check cashing place that can’t catch this is bogus.

  Customer service for the evening shift is full of representatives who do not want to help. They lack professional training and customer service skills. On top of that, they are lazy, rude, ignorant, and sarcastic. Please management, DO SOMETHING about it if you want to keep your company afloat!

  Don't use Express Exchange, because they don't have anything from Express. The banks do not want to pay people money and they make them go every day to spend on transportation to see when the frozen money falls, this is the second time that happens to me. Mine is an emergency and they have told me that they are following up on the case and that it could take 15 to 20 days, as if we were still in the ice age. So easy that it is now to communicate with each other. IF YOU SEND MONEY, USE OTHER SHIPPING COMPANIES, DO NOT EXPRESS EXCHANGE !!

  Very bad service in the banks where they are going to charge, they do not want to pay them the money and the beneficiaries spend a lot in taxis when they go to the bank and they do not give them the money and the next day the same. And the customer service representatives cannot file the complaint with the bank. They only waste the customer's time and thus lose customers ... I will not use Express Exchange again ... If I could I gave it 0 stars
