  Don't come here if you a woman and looking to sell electronics. So I came here to sell my PC tower and it was up in the air on if I could sell it or not I just wanted to see. I'm young but I've been working with tech and stuff like that from a very young age. this man calls me up and before I can even get a word out he tells me they won't accept it without a monitor which doesn't make sense but it could just be the store you know. He says it's because they need to see if it works, which I know it does because I hooked it up to me tv. he then proceeded to tell me that I need the keyboard and mouse which okay I can bring that but it was the fact that he then said that the wifi port that was plugged in was for a mouse and acted like I didn't know. I was like I'm sorry sir but you're wrong the instructions and the research I did says it is a wifi port and he then just says the same thing again. Basically the man was very blatantly assuming I didn't know what I was doing and was just very sharp and rude.

  Overpriced everything. Facebook marketplace would be a batter option if you are selling or buying.

  Drew is very arrogant not very friendly. Certain employees are not friendly towards black people I have noticed in the 4yrs I have dealt with this place. Some rules apply to black people and a set of different rules and prices for whites. If your item is worth money they won't call or text you anymore they sell it. Paid 450.00 for a 18 carat gold diamond ring they gave me a loan of 190. Dollars and sold my ring. And told me they tried to call but didn't have my number but they had my number 3 months ago. Will never buyanything from them again. Don't do it!

  Assistant manager is vile, she was incredibly hostile towards me, then I saw her on Facebook advertising the store being absolutely foul to customers online.

  Went a couple years ago they tried selling a used sdve 9mm handgun that was rusted up and would probably explode if i shot it for $200. I found one new to $229. I was going to buy a ps4 there but they wanted like $280 and they were $300 new. $280 when someone sold it to you for 50 bucks lol place is a joke

  I have been a customer here for so many years. The latest pawn I had was 5 years almost. Everyone here especially Drew and Susie always treated me with respect even when I moved out of state. Only place I would ever go. I thank Drew and Susie for all their kindness and professionalism.

  The reason for my low rating is not for the reasons you have mind, honestly I would say they are fair when it comes to giving you good amounts on loans when you pawn your items. No the reason for the low rating is CUSTOMER SERVICE! All though I can't really speak for the owner or his son, I've never was waiting on by them, but aside from maybe one or two are just awful to deal with, from the disgusted looks from asking about prices of Drills or Guitars, or the condescending tone in there voices. Its pretty much like, yeah I'm so sorry for asking you to do your job! I'd reccomend trying other pawn shops or give the Goshen one a go!
