  I'm so glad I came across this place. Was referred by a friend. Go in and see Krystal! She was friendly and was easy to talk to and explained everything about the loan to where I didn't have any questions. The others are friendly as well.

  I went in to make a payment of $85 which brought my balance down to $424.41. When I left out my balance was $564.08 and my payment was back up to $140, How in the hell did my payments went up and the damn balance. They told me one of their staff forgot to charge me something call Non-Filling Insurance and they are going to charge me the fee because it is something that the state require that just started. They never represent any evidence nor sent out any text email or letter to me about this change which was very unprofessional as a business. I think that we should have been notified of this change or they just trying to get more money,because I still having seen any evidence yet. Also the Document Stamp Tax went from .35 cent to .70 cent. And the Voluntary Automobile Insurance fee went from $45 to $66, I'm curious just why is all these fees are changing all of a sudden and increasing. I compared my last month paper works to this month paper works and there was a big damn change. In my payment as well as my payoff amount. I will never ever get another loan from them as long as I live and I would encourage yall to do not get any type of loans from these people because they will Jack up your payment and your payoff amount when it get close to paying it off. They should have been more professional by taking the responsibility that they made a mistake then trying to get more money out of me. Very,Very,Very Unprofessional!!!!!!

  This is the second loan I've gotten, the first one is what brought me back. The staff is very much like family. The Manager Ryan is Awesome and he just doesn't hear you he LISTENS to u and he does understand that life can happen to u. If Ryan and his staff can help u they will and there gonna go the Extra Mile.
