      Worst company ever! Do not intiate bank to bank transfers with them. My money was withdrawn from one account and never reached the Wells Fargo account. Weeks went by and they couldn't tell me where the money went or refund it while they investigated. I ended up reporting them for fraud and my other bank finally gave my money back 3 weeks later.

      Nightmare working with these people. I applied for a load and could not get one because I had already started the remodel. Then when the appraiser came out the first time he low balled the house value, the second appraiser never came just asked for pictures. One year passes by and wells fargo called and said i was approved for the loan...... They sent an appraiser out and he dropped the value of the house by 30K and screwed up the entire floor plan. Needless to say stay away from this company, they hire idiots. I finally closed out again and still have not gotten paid.
