  Working with Infiniti Mortgage, LLC was a much unexpected pleasure. When thinking about refinancing our home, the first thing to come to mind was PAPERWORK! The next, was being bogged down in it and not really understanding anything. We were nervous, anxious, down right cranky and sure we were making a mistake! Then Heather came along. She explained everything to us, allowed us to ask as many questions as we liked, without judgment, and reminded us that we always had the option to change our minds. She walked us through online forms requesting online signatures, setting up personal accounts on the Social Security website, recommended a Title Company that actually found a lien on our home that should have been removed before we bought it in 2004, and arranged all the inspections. Heather called on a regular basis with updates and tracked the PAPERWORK every step of the way! We were amazed at how quickly we were able to close on our house and how smoothly everything went. We would highly recommend Heather Prather at Infiniti Mortgage, LLC to anyone and everyone! The level of skill, experience, professionalism and expertise is the best, bar none.   I have had the privilege of working with Heather and her team now on a few different real estate transactions and my takeaway is I would recommend her as one of the strongest people I have ever dealt with in terms of delivering outstanding customer service regardless of industry. Dealing with buying a home can be a stressful experience. Heather has put us at ease though when comes to the financing portion of a home purchase with her honesty, ongoing follow up , and overall hard work ethic.
