  Chris Hood, Josh Hood, and their team were fabulous! They really took a lot of fear and confusion out of the home-buying process and allowed us to enjoy the process. Chris was able to give me a lot of really great information based on my financials that provided a helpful insight into what I was able to afford and what my loan options were in a multitude of scenarios. He kept my expectations set at every point in the process, and was able to get my final numbers in under budget, which was awesome! The team was in constant communication with us, answered any questions we had promptly, and never left us in the dark. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with this group again, and believe they will absolutely deliver on any of your mortgage needs. Thank you Chris and company!!

  Chris is extremely knowledgeable with all the different mortgage loan options available to a customer and helped us pick which one was best for our family. He also walked us through the qualifying stages and followed up with continuously to let us know where we were in the process.
