  My parents recently passed away and I found out they had an account with Enterprise. Actually, their account was with a small bank in Missouri that was bought out by Enterprise. It was unclear if we were listed as beneficiaries on the account...this was due to the previous bank. (This is a pretty big deal. A direct beneficiary means you get to avoid probate, which is a different headache.) The team at the Albuquerque Enterprise Bank location went above and beyond. Cody, Christy, and Kathryn are AMAZING. They dug through the files of the old bank and worked with legal to find that we are beneficiaries, and to make sure that everything was above board and legal. This was a LOT of work on their part, and I know it wasn't easy. I'm very grateful that they took the time to make sure it was done correctly and got the money transferred with ease. They're also great for everyday checking. I keep an account with them, and the website is a breeze. It's a great bank! You'll be happy you work with them.

  I received excellent guidance and over the top customer service from Mr. Cody Trujillo recently to solve a challenging situation with a company trying to double bill me for services. His steady and professional research and guidance on how to solve the situation was invaluable. I would never hesitate to tell others to come to the branch where Mr. Trujillo works or join Enterprise Bank and Trust.

  First, I deposited a $15,000.00 check, which they deposited into another person's account. When I came in to clear it up, the branch manager was horribly rude to me for their mistake. Now, my debit card expired January 2022, went into to branch 3rd week of January, they said to wait it's in the mail....nothing. Now, mid- February...they say ill have to wait 7-10 business says for the new debit card....unless I want to pay $55 for a rush. Can't wait to find a new bank!

  We have been banking with Enterprise for over a decade for our family business. Let me just say the people here are amazing and super helpful! During the coin shortage crisis, we never had an issue getting the change we needed for our business (we go through A LOT of coins). That’s pretty huge and we are super grateful. Honestly can’t imagine banking with another institution. Shout out to Kathy, Jamie, Cody and Cristy for going above and beyond for us!

  I've been working with Enterprise Business Banking, going on a year now we switched over Banks during the "Covid pandemic". I've never experienced such great customer service. Jamie and JoAnn went over and beyond to help us get multiple accounts opened and transitioned from another bank. I continue to work with Jamie who is just amazing and super accommodating whether it's returning an email/phone call she seems to always have the answers. Real customer service!
