  I found John to be efficient, thorough, capable, honest, accurate, courteous, and trustworthy. Unlike my previous mortgage service, he was also quick to make things happen and our loan was approved and funded rapidly, even in the midst of the COVID19 lockdown. Financing a mortgage is never a painless process, but John made it seem painless. I give him my hearty and complete recommendation, without reservation.

  Mr. M. was a very professional and informative asset to my processing the refinance of my home. He was always timely in getting in touch with me ...sometimes daily. He answered all of my questions and helped overcome a couple of snags that appeared. My son recommended John to assist me and it was a great referral. I am happy that I took my son's suggestion.

  The level of customer service that I received was amazing. We started this process in the middle of Nov which means we had Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years before closing. I had Jolene's cell phone number and on Christmas Eve she took the time to answer questions. When I called or texted she responded within the hour and being that I have never refinanced, she never made me feel like a dope or asking questions that may already have been covered. I appreciate walking away from a business transaction, feeling as if I was working with a friend that was honest, upfront and had my best interests at heart. Would recommend to any and everyone looking for a mortgage company to work with.
