  We used Michael and his team to purchase a second home. Although well qualified we had ran into a snag with another lender when we found this team, Michael assured us he'd get us to the finish line in the time the seller expected. It ended up having quite a few snags, none Michael's fault but he communicated well, got creative at solving problems and as promised got us to the finish line. Buying property is always stressful and this was no exception but I knew Michael or April would call or answer a call at anytime.

  I'm pretty sure I had the best team ever working on my homebuying experience. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Jeremy Baca and his team constantly went above and beyond to keep things moving along. We had some hiccups along the way that elongated the process, and Jeremy and his team worked so hard to push through and make it happen. I am very grateful to have gone with Mortgage Solutions Financial and I would recommend Jeremy Baca to anyone!

  1 STAR for EXTREMELY Poor communication skills. Getting a status update was like pulling teeth. Decision to go with them was based on promise of "customer service", I would have canceled the whole thing at the end and selected a different lender had it not already been the 11.99th hour. Broken promises. If you choose to use them, I hope you get better service than I did. :( 3 STARS final, since they did get my loan closed... FINALLY!!! (not at the fault of Mortgage Solutions BTW: That was the sellers, renters fault for not moving out for over a month after his move out date expired).
