      If anybody is trying to take out a loan for a vehicle or any personal reason do not choose this Bank I repeat do not use this Bank. There Staffing and boss are garbage!!!

      We used Industrial Credit Union several times this month while staying in Bellingham, as we belong to an affiliated credit union in our home state. The people at Industrial were consistently helpful and courteous. When we move to Bellingham, we will be happy to open accounts here.

      Nothing but problems with this company. Don't get a car loan with them if you don't want another checking account. They make it impossible to transfer from an outside account. Yet still give you the option on their online banking site.

      They did a update on their system and my account was messed up. I did not have access to my money in my account for the whole weekend. Anyone else had problems with this??? Had to borrow money from my boyfriend. Poor service and they finally got back to me 4 days later. Luckily I did not have to pay rent. Did I get I am sorry for your inconvenience???

      The staff at the downtown branch is friendly and efficient. With noting, though not as important, there always seems to be ample free parking in their private lot!

      RUN! Bad bank. Lack of modern banking services and terrible practices with computing the checking balances. More of a savings institute than bank.
