  I have had 2 commercial vehicles financed with them for the past 1-1/2 years; my dealings with them have always been friendly, business-like, and they have bent over backwards to help me out of a tough spot when my tractor broke down 1,800 miles from home (moving my tractor payment to the end of my contract so I could pay for repairs). I would recommend Green Truck to anyone who knows how to run a business, and has a "payment ethic" -- if you don't, then don't get upset when you don't make your payments on time and they repossess your truck. As for me, though, I would not hesitate to finance another vehicle with them and I am very happy with them. **To refute Amrit Brar's review -- yes, they do require you to purchase the TruNorth extended warranty -- which is tailored to each vehicle (it has various levels -- mine covers engine, transmission, rear ends, turbocharger system and entire EATS/ DEF/ DOC/ DEF system). And it can be a God-send; My first breakdown, a few months ago, would have cost me over $1,500 -- but it was covered by this warranty and all I paid was the $300 deductible. My current breakdown is much more serious, and I don't have the final numbers -- but most likely I will pay nothing more than the $300 deductible, even after having the DPF baked, turbo, turbo actuator, EGR and most EATS system sensors replaced. This repair would have been from $6,000 to $10,000 without the warranty -- and would have put me out of business. But, again, it saved my butt -- and I am VERY thankful that Green Truck required me to buy the warranty.

  Stay away from them, very bad experience,. they don't report you, and your history will be clear after you close the financing with them, you will be like a new buyer without history

  Very glad to have met the staff at Green Truck, who offer personalised service for commercial truck financing. Have read some of the 1* reviews here, but if you sign an agreement with a finance company, don't protect yourself with warranties, then stop your payments, why are you surprised when they come repossess their truck? Very efficient operation with partnership with over 60 dealers and great benefits to members with discounted fuel cards, protection with vehicle technical issues, and work board platform for rig owner operators.

  I called the office @ 12:44pm on 11/21/18, spoke with a very friendly representative named Christina. I had what I requested for by 3:09pm on 11/21/18 via email. I have never had any problems or issues with this lender. They do a great job to HELP YOU get going. Let’s face it, you’re applying here because your credit isn’t as great as you thought or there’s a certain thing keeping you from getting funds to purchase a business. My credit wasn’t great having filed a bankruptcy but they still helped me. Put yourself in the lenders shoes, you really think it’s easy trusting people with bad credit history?? They took that chance on me and I wouldn’t be where I am today if they hadn’t. Instead of bad mouthing a company who is willing to take a chance on you in the THOU$AND$, maybe try being thankful and respectful.. just a thought..

  stay away stay away !!!! they not report your truck anywhere,and when you want to buy another truck or trailer no body can't find your "GREEN TRUCK FINANCIAL" do not work with this pwople

  Their service is great!! I sent them an email on Friday evening and I got a phone call from the Green Truck on Monday morning. I sent the documents that they needed and on Wednesday I was approved!! I do not exaggerate, believe me they are so fast, friendly and as a first time buyer my interest rate was wonderful. I specially thankful of Mr. Joshua Bates. I called him few times a day and each time he answered my questions with high patience. Thank You Green Truck

  The owners where lawyers in the past. Having said that they exploit hard working entrepreneurs. And people with dreams of owning a trucking company. I financed a truck through green truck. A year and a half later the transmission went out cost 17k. I couldn't afford payments initially. However they repoed my truck anyway.They had no remorse, no sympathy. Don't fall victim of this virus called green truck financial. Or it will make you sick.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible to deal with, won't return phone calls, have been trying to get paperwork for three days for one of their current customers who is trying to sign on with our company. I did everything they asked for to get the title work done and they won't get back to me. I call and they give me the run around, one time he even hung up on me! I have been polite every time. This leaser is trying to go to work to pay his truck payment and it's all on hold because the company he used to finance won't get back to me! They wouldn't send the title to me or the DOL to have the work completed (My state requires our company to be listed as first registered owner to run under our authority) so we had to fill all paperwork out and Fedex over to them and wait for them to complete it. They signed for the Fedex at 9:39 Monday morning. It Is now 3:00 on Wednesday afternoon and I still don't have what is needed from them to Prorate the truck. For those of you in the trucking industry you know what a difference a couple of days makes. When I asked the receptionist if there was a manager I could speak to she said no, I said so Michael is the manager of the office and she said yes. Well, don't lie when I can pull up your team on your webpage and see that he is just in customer service! Then finally when I got ahold of him he told me was "Done with me" and I asked why? I have been polite and professional all I was trying to do was get their customer to work! I asked to talk to David or Roger and he said they weren't there. I asked if Dallen was and he said no. I said are you going to tell me no one is there no matter who I ask for? He said maybe... Then my boss got on the phone and he hung up on him too. Don't do business with this company!! Unless you don't mind being treated terribly. Once they have your business they obviously don't care about keeping it....

  Excellent customer service, best rates in town. Application takes only minutes to fill out and they take into consideration other factors besides credit score to ensure the lowest rate possible.

  Worst service in town.They have partnership with Freightliner northwest and their interest rates are high and worst of all they force you to buy warranty for one year or 100000 miles for thousands dollars and cover only engine ,transmission and differental because they know there are very rare cases these things broke down .They will not cover def,clutch or other stuff in these warranties and will demand more money if you want these coverages.If you want to get approved loan from them then you will have to buy it.This is their way to make extra money from you.Just be careful when you are there for sign the papers because one you signed documents you can’t do nothing.Good luck
