  From the moment I met Luke and throughout the process of obtaining a loan I felt well supported and kept informed of the progress and any obstacles which came up. Luke made an effort to contact me each week on a specific day to keep me abreast of progress and to request any further information he needed from me. It was a pleasure working with Luke and his assistance for the entire time it took to finalize my loan.   The crew at Guild was awesome! We wouldn't have been able to get our house without their hustle and guidance. We had our original loan(from another mortgage place) pulled out from under us after we put a bid on a house and our offer was accepted. They somehow made a month long process happen within weeks.   Be prepared to have your anxieties about the entire process taken away as Luke and his team take the lead on arranging every detail. When we needed to sell our house to be able to buy a new home, but with the added complication of 2 young children and 2 aging dogs that couldn't afford to be homeless for even a minute, Guild Mortgage met that challenge with grace and professionalism. This company is like the old Calgon bubble bath advertisement.

  My wife originally got her first home loan through Alycia HoGlin. When it came time for us to by a home together, Alycia and Guild Mortgage was top on our list. Alycia was able to offer a competitive rate and fees package and we were pleased with our experience. Also, Alycia was very helpful in educating me on the process as this was my first home loan. When my wife and I decided to refinance in 2016, Alycia and Guild Mortgage was an easy choice. We were again pleased with this latest experience. A frustration did arise in the refinance process when the underwriter inconveniently brought up a question at the last minute. However, Alycia was very responsive in her related communications with us and helped us get a timely response to the underwriter.
