McKenzie Long1Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I came in for a simple simple activation of a credit card issue, which over the phone they told me i had to come in person for. Them when I went into both branchs in the city, they told me they did not have adequate time to help me ( I went in over an hour before closing), and said I needed to schedule an appointment, but we're super booked out. I am regretting choosing to get a credit card with them

Jeremiah Engels Ramsey3In downtown Bellingham, and there is a parking garage for customers. Inconsistent service; some are very nice; others are quite rude. Usually the wait isn't too late. BoA's banking app is useful.

Cindy Marroquin1Horrible experience! I was being helped by the teller whom by the way is the manager here was completely clueless about my questions and how to help me. She stated she couldn’t help me and ask me to go to another bank. Why would you not try to provide good customer service and just be a helpful individual? Never going to this bank again!

Michael Preston1Since the corona virus pandemic brought about closings, or commercial restrictions of various sorts, - let's be generous and say from April, Bank of America in Barkley Village and at this location only let you know their ATM is down/not in service with a physical sign on the ATM. WHY in heaven's name, can't they say ONLINE which ATMs are in service? Why advertise them ON Google as all usable? Why AREN'T they usable? Presumably if the branch physically opens to serve customers someone can get into the back of the machine and fire it up? Lazy, poor service. I will say however tat the Cordata branch is great, with very helpful agents,but a much longer drive for me.

Kate Nash2I have been a BOA customer since 2007, and I have overall had a good experience with them. This specific location, however, I never seem to have a good experience at. Last time I was there, I had asked a question and two bank tellers started in on me about how I wasn't allowed to do what I had asked / it hadn't been that way "in years," even though the task in question had been successfully done a couple weeks before (and I wasn't being rude / accusatory, I was simply asking!!!) ... I called yesterday with a question, and the lady who helped me was not helpful and on top of it was honestly kind of rude. I don't think I'll be returning to this branch.

Mike Hovander1I have had two credit cards with BoA for almost 25 years. I asked for help to get my account paid in full by entering a new bank to draw from and pay my balance in full each month. Roughly 10-15k per month. The bill pay or customer service people didn't enter in information correctly to make the payments correctly. The result is my business account was pulled from a bank that was meant to be closed. My personal card was frozen immediately with no notice and it has been on hold for 36 hours at this point. Numerous managers have said the card is able to be used immediately for the last 16 hours and as recently as 15 minutes ago. It is still on hold. I have spent five hours on the phone in the last day speaking to a corporation where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This was all brought on by their ineptness to use their own website and not take responsibility for any of their numerous mistakes.

Hmd3It took me around one hour to open an account with the bank! I did not get my debit card in the same day (as most banks do), I called more than 7 time and did not body picked up the phone. There should be a better way to contact customer service representatives.

Mark O'Deady4I'm hesitant to give Bank of America a good rating, but in reality the local staff's and management, here in Bellingham, are great! There are lots of things to hate about Bank of America (or ANY Big National Bank), but I've found the branch manager, Tony, and his colleague, Marguerite in the Ops side to be friendly, courteous, kind and most importantly, HELPFUL. If corporate was half as well run as our local branch, nobody would bank anywhere else!
