Edwin Wollet5I've lived in Bellingham for 4 years and started banking with US Bank then. I'm former military and the perks are great. And the staff has been kind and helpful each time I visit. Yes, like some others, I don't care for this bank's involvement in certain business affairs but the folks at this branch don't have much say in corporate matters. 5 stars for outstanding customer service.

Herb Reesor5I opened an account at your bank about 6 months ago and visit the branch about once a month. I come down from Vancouver BC and I am impressed with the helpfulness, and general customer care that I receive. Notably, the woman who, with a smile and no complaints, cleared the jam I caused on the coin counter, and Tessa (who handled my deposit and got C$ US$ exchange information for me ) was friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere was one of "at your service helpfulness" and friendly professionalism. Shalom and keep up the good work!

Mickey Dargan3Awfully managed bank. Horribly under staffed and often seems to have nice but unqualified employees. Shout out to poor Keegan today who I saw handle nearly every customer during their lunch rush while the line got over 15 people deep. Additionally, they only had one banker on who was extremely helpful and professional but was flooded with people for the whole hour I was stuck waiting at this branch. It’s a shame that whoever manages this branch is willing to throw two such knowledgeable and polite employees to the wolves like that.

Vito Gudaitis1Besides having a phone system that makes it almost impossible to contact a real person at this branch, personnel here have no loyalty to their customers and provide very poor services. My mother had a US Bank account for over 30 years, and I inherited that account when she passed away. However, when I asked for a new account to handle some funds from my mother's estate, this branch refused to set it up. I soon found out that other banks were quite willing to open an estate account for me and immediately closed my US Bank account.

Meghan Kraus1I work for a business in downtown Bellingham, every day we have to go to the bank to exchange money for the registers and almost every day one of the employees at US Bank gives us so many problems and it is incredibly frustrating, we actually dread going to the bank when she’s working. It got to the point where our owner had to give multiple employees (not just managers) access to his account information because she didn’t believe we had an account with them. She tries to turn us away, won’t let us exchange money, gets mad at us, and is constantly rude to us. Our owner has called before to file a complaint and nothing has changed. We haven’t had any issues like this with other employees which is how we know there is no policy she is trying to abide by. We are officially done doing business here. Unacceptable.

Michael Tacoma2The people here are friendly and they have a coinstar-like machine that is free to use if you have an account; pretty sweet. That being said, 2 stars because US Bank is a a company that supports terrible things in my opinion, like the Dakota Access Pipeline. Just fine as a branch, but I'm switching banks soon.

Keith Mader2I've been to probably 10 other US Bank Branches throughout the northwest and this is easily the most depressing. The tellers don't smile, the interior is dated, and the tellers act as though anything you ask them to do is an inconvenience.

finaldawn5511Well went in to cash a us bank check on an account that is there, anyhow 7 dollars to cash it WOW that is highway robbery! I have got used to this already outch, but today I was asked if I knew about it and I responded very kindly yes I do but would not like to talk about it. The teller then just had to ask if I want to open an account so I wont be charged, no thank you I responded, it makes me feel as if I am being bullied into opening an account, again would not talk about it..then has to go on about why they have the 7 dollar fee for the protection of the bank because they take the risk????what??? I really don't care. Please respect people if they are bothered by your policy and don't want to talk about it ....or just wave the fees rediculous

Stacey Maxwell1Just awful! Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Plenty of people "doing other things" no one even said they'd be with me eventually. Thank God I don't bank here...only had to come here for a one off transaction. Which they required me to provide my SSN for. My advice...never go there.
