  I want to preface that I have never worked with Krystal before working with her on the transaction that I was the closing agent. I cannot express how impressed I was with Krystal’s professionalism, responsiveness at all hours of the day and night, her willingness to go above and beyond and I mean above and beyond to get this closed by today. I have been in this business for over 26 years and what she showed in her passion and drive to the buyer into her new home before a long holiday weekend was just amazing. I have not seen this type of dedication in a very long time. I will not bore you with the details of the HOA Estoppel that we could not get from the management company. It was absolutely infuriating, but Krystal jumped in and would not give up and got the job done. In short, you are a true asset to your company and truly make your company shine! Krystal, thank you for your wonderful attitude, your kinds words and a job very well done. I truly hope to work with you and your company in the future.

Not only did she get me excellent terms for our Cash Out VA mortgage, but she drove the process through the lender’s system in record time! She committed to a closing date that I thought was quite optimistic, but then was able to deliver! Her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and constant communications facilitated the most professional mortgage experience ever!   We have refinanced using Imperial Mortgage Services twice in the past seven years. The staff is very accommodating, patient efficient and helpful every step of the way. The process was smooth on both occasions...no glitches and no re-dos. Mr. Eboh (Ebenezer) is always positive, friendly, extremely knowledgable AND...when he indicates he will get back to you he does so in a timely manner. A true professional. Thank you Ebenezer!

  Best mortgage company I have ever worked with. I have personally worked with Jamelle on four of our own loans and continuously refer friends and family. Jamelle is honest, efficient and genuinely cares about his clients. He stays in contact throughout the process and is very responsive with any needed correspondence or questions. Jamelle takes the time to look at every beneficial option in order to make the best educated decision and if a better opportunity comes along during the process that is feasible or available he will not hesitate to present it. If there is a product out there that meets your needs Jamelle will find it. I cannot say enough about the experience I have had with Jamelle. Hands down best customer experience, not only in my home purchasing or refinancing experience, but overall!
