EzSnack Texas5There is no better bank to do business with in Katy. The office in 8951 South Fry Rd is way above expectations to every customer. Lauren, Calisha and Cheyanne are great! Fully focus on customer service. Great team with no comparison to other bank institutions. Definitively more than 5 stars!!!

Elman Hajiyev1I got car loan here. All system is messed up. They charge me couple times on every monthly payment. Whenever I come here they don't even try to calm me. They don't care about customer service. Very BAD

Mr. Boris5I have been doing business with the credit union since 1980s. recently I got a loan and my loan officer provided me the extra ordinary service he was able to save me money with his expertise and provided me with top notch service. Kudos to Mr. Harry Satia. Thank you so much.

Head Of The Table1Man, times change. I remember when you were able to call and have someone instantly pick up the phone. Now, you have to navigate through 10 prompts, only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. And since when was it company policy to harass customers who walk in with sun glasses on? I've been a member for close to 10 years and up until now your idiotic security guards keep shaking me down to take off my glasses. Not going to happen. Oh yea, more bad reviews from me. Get a website that actually works. Once a week you guys are doing some kind of maintenance. I can't do my banking!!!!!!!!! Get with the times. I've had a website for over 10 years and it's NEVER been down. Update. Website is down again!!!!!!! You can count on their banking to be down at least once a week. And btw, their mobile banking is horrible. It takes 3-5 days to clear a check via their app.

Juan Garza5I was in there a few weeks ago on my lunch hour. I was greeted by Jesus Marrufo .Very helpful and respectful. Was able to make a deposit, get a money order and close one of my account I hardly use. Did all that on my lunch hour.(30 minutes) I also had a question about a loan for a house and he gave me information and who to speak to . Very great service. Thank you for great customer service ..

Emerald Lewis1This credit union is only interested in taking your money. Even when they were made aware of banking errors and incorrect fees they refused to make any changes. Going back to capital one. I’d rather bury my money in a hole, it’s probably safer there than at MCCU.

Amaury LM2Refuse their "CHOICE PAY" service! It is pretty much a scam that starts 30 days after opening an account, even if you set your parameters to forbid negative balance and lock your card when the account reaches zero. I opened my first US bank account at this Credit Union. I read my contract and asked about overdraft fees, I told them I have other bank accounts and will never need to go overdraft with them, consequently we agreed to lock my debit card if my balance reaches zero and to forbid negative balance (avoiding overdraft fees). One month after opening my account, MCCU unilaterally modified the lower limit from zero to negative 600 ! They sent me a letter saying this was available and it was a great offer and a privilege etc... I was not interested so I did not opt in. Actually it was not an offer to opt in but a notification and the changed was made without my approval! I ended up going overdraft, unaware that the limit was modified. They charged me several overdraft fees (28 dollars each) and refused to recognized that changing my lower without my approval was bad practice. I thought they were friendly and available, and they probably are nice people but now that I know how they change the settings of your account without your approval: I will never trust them again.
