  Went here on 4/13 for a vehicle sticker & was greeted with condescension & a mean spirit, it shocked me some people operate that way . I don’t expect great service from anywhere, but I expect respect, especially when that’s what I give you. If you can go to another currency store exchange please, please, please do. It’s not worth your day being ruined.

  They have some really good employees I like the one girl who’s there she is very nice and professional she always have a good attitude when I come there

  This is my first time at this location. I went to cash a payroll check at 2:56am on April 1, 2021. The teller was a older lady who was very rude and dry. By this being my first time at a currency exchange I expect questions. But questions about registering only. Not about my personal job and business which she kept asking me with an attitude. I kept being nice while she was being very rude and looking at me crazy. I also felt judge. The payroll check was from a job I just left and I had on my current job uniform. She ask me questions on why my uniform don't match my payroll? What do my job consist of? Just out the blue questions that I'm sure wasn't on her computer. After all of that she had me standing there for 15mins. She did more judging with her eyes, off the wall questions, and staring at me and the check more than she type on her computer. To eventually have me sign on the back of check then turn around and said she can't cash my check because it's over 30days old! At that point I know she intentionally did that. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but I was nothing but nice to that lady. The date on my check is 3/5/21. It's 4/1/21. I said ma'am it's not 30days old it's the first. She said really? OK well we have 10day policy you have to cash it 10days before the 30 period. I said ma'am where is that written down at? And you stared at my check for over 15mins made me sign it and not once did you look at the date? She said you can come tomorrow they would cash it for with no problem but I can't. I said what's the difference between the day and tomorrow? After asking that I walked off because I clearly was talking to a bad spirit evil woman and was getting no where. I never disrespect an elder before so I walked away before I did.

  Absolutely the Worst Currency Exchange you could go to!! Just Terrible. They never can help you with anything and nothings ever working according to the employees. They need to just shut this place down or hire people that know what they're doing

  Took my son to cash his stimulus check... they told him they can’t cash a check 10 after it was issued.. it’s a government check sent by mail.. probably took a week to get it by mail then worked all week and didn’t have a chance to cash it!!! When my son questioned her about it she told him to leave!! This was on Sunday April 26, 2021!! Never going back!!!

  Don’t sign the check ahead of time or they won’t cash it. I even said I’ll sign it again in front of them and the lady said “only one signature”. I now have a $765 check I can’t cash and I won’t be able to do my grocery shopping now. I now have to wait until Monday so I can ask my boss to issue a new check.

  Went for a state license plate sticker. Everything went smoothly. The service was pleasent and the workers were friendly. She let me know which fees I'd have to pay beforehand as I had a card and no cash. She rang up the sticker, we chatted, and I was out quickly without any issues.

  I’ve been here before, this time I CALLED before possibly wasting gas to ask if I was able to cash a check that had my name on it but a different address (recent move) She says she has to see what type of check it is she doesn’t know. What? You cash checks EVERYDAY but you can’t tell me under stipulations you’re able to do so over the phone? Weird flex but ok! Thanks for nothing. To be expected with where it’s located though so...Not surprised smh

  This place is so unprofessional! Debit machine was broke so I couldn’t pay with a card and NO money in the atm all I needed was my plate sticker so I went to my bank atm to get cash and go back and now they said they were now closed for 30 minutes... why? It’s 24 hours!!!!! Oh and let’s not forget how rude they are . You would think it was the public aid office I HATE GOING HERE BUT REALLY MY ONLY OPTION IN THIS AREA
