  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service... NEVER enough tellers, does NOT matter what time of the day you come. Be ready to be inside for a minimum of 30-40min. Rude managers, they don't care about the customers. I've called the 800 number several times and NOTHING gets done. Poor tellers are overworked..

  Okay to get a temporary card there's no size and temporary clothes or anything on the door people are standing outside trying to get in we're here at 3:00 but the signs they close at 4:00 horrible horrible horrible

  Always enjoy doing my business here! Every person we have account help with is great! There's other issues ive had but had nothing to do with the staff at this location it has to do with BOA issues outta their control

  You need another relocation . Too busy ! Service was adequate but there are too many people in South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana who Bank with you. Minority communities always get short changed when it comes to service.

  This is the worst branch to go to. If you need to be serviced, find another bank. My grandmother is elderly and walks on a cane, but they make her wait in long lines. There's not enough staff to accommodate people's banking needs. Saturday is their busiest days, and they have the least amount of staff working on Saturdays. Terrible.

  Always a line. Always! I opened 2 accounts, one MM, one checking. I asked for checks, they gave me checks for the MM account. Un real. Always a line at the ATM. I got a cashiers check from Money in my checking account. The check cost $12. They took the $12 out of the MM, even though there was enough money in the checking account. That caused the MM to fall below minimum balance & then had a reoccurring monthly charge. Does anyone know what they're doing there. So one visit seemed to get everything back on track. We'll see. One more chance

  Best branch , the tellers and bankers are fast and efficient then any other location!!! Love the remodeling! My go to bank!!!

  Honestly the bank is not what it used to be, i am disappointed that the bank now employs someone who is abusive serve the public, the person in question is one Ms Gloria, she is very mean, infact 75%of people go to her must complain, because of her i opened another account in another bank,pls the bank should do something about this

  Most of the reviews are over a year old. they must have done something. I am no fan of big banks, do as much as I can online. But they took care of me quickly and professionally.

  I went in this Branch this morning because I was on this side of town I normally go to the one near river oaks I went in to make a withdrawal at the teller using my prepaid card because BOA don't charge a fee the teller was an Arabic woman she took my card & told me my numbers didn't match on my card & she couldn't take it which I knew was a lie because I use the card everyday & recieve direct deposit on it she then was very rude & said she couldn't tell me what she meant by my numbers didn't match then told me to use the atm I used the atm had no problem with my card but was upset I ended up paying an extra $6 for atm withdrawals! She obviously didn't know her job & the teller at the other bank I usually go to agreed because I stopped in there later on in the day to see if I can make a withdrawal & told the teller my problem & she said wasn't nothing wrong with the card & the teller had to be new
