  I will never shop there again unless they get rid of that old skinny black guy. Always shops there but today, old guy used vulgar language against me and I pretended I didn’t hear him because I had ear pods on. When I asked him what he said, he pretended as if he said nothing. Afterwards, whilst I was checking out a rice cooker to see if if had the wire inside it, this guy yelled at me not to touch the item, something I was ready to buy. At that moment, I walked out right after I told the manager that his worker is disrespectful and doesn’t know customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

  Please never shop at this location. They are the worst inconsiderate ignorant people to do business with. They try to sell items that have missing parts and when you ask them if they can lower the price because of the missing parts are expensive or never be in stock again they become angry and hostile.

  This is the worst place you can come to do business. They claimed someone stole my brand new 500 Xbox and didn’t even inform me it was stolen until I returned to pay to get it out. Bad business I’m in return Albert the so called manager handles the situation by offering pennies for Xbox not giving me the resale amount. A scam

  Just left this place not too long ago, but I had to leave a review right away because that's how much of an impression these guys left on me. Went in to see what chump change I can get for an old gaming system and some games, and came out pleasantly surprised with not only a more than fair deal for my items, but I got the bang for my buck on an upgraded system. Thanks Jake & Mike, you guys are awesome, definitely coming back to do business with you again!

  Not the same as the old owners, system keep changing, and they don't work with the loyal customers like they use to and they don't try to help how a pawn shop suppose to. Will Not Be Returning for Any Purpose now Dont like the lady in there cuz she know we loyal and could've gave us what we usually get.

  Small place inside with no room to love around and limited parking. Kinda of clean inside. Was checking out tools and working was litterally next to me doing invertory? Never said a word to me in the 4 minutes were inches away from each other. Prices were kinda of high. Left and never coming back. I love Pawn Shops but not this one. One on Sibley Blvd near Pete's is ok then one in Hammond on Indy by 169th. They both have clearances if you keep your eyes open. Harvey had one on 147 by Mc D's isn't to bad.

  I fell on hard times and went to several pawn shops in the area ,I moved from out of state with nothing ! Value pawn took what I owned and allowed me to get A fair loan .. Better than anyone in the area . They aren't loan sharks like other Chains they care about helping . Even if you are going to purchase you will find fare deals ❤️ I will be a repeat customer !

  Well I may have just had the worst experience here. First we'll go from the beginning, I went there and was going to buy some turtle beach headsets they originally were $24.99 at the end the lady there gave them for $20. They said within 3 days I'll get my money back or within 7 days I'll get store credit but I thought that's fine, I'm glad I god a decent deal and can't wait to get home. I went home and guess what they didn't work. I went back the 7th day to switch them out and the lady tried to say it was the 8th day until I pulled out the receipt. Anyways I tried to get another pair and nope that didn't happen, supposedly they paid more for those so they tried to sell me those for $50!!. They are only $59 at the store so I right away figured out they were trying to rip me off. So after that they gave me 30 days to use up the $20 so I went home a little upset. Two weeks I went back and tried to use up the $20 and nothing, supposedly they already gave me back the money last time. I was told to come back the following monday to speak to a manager who was on the phone who supposedly gave me the money back. I came back monday and guess what she said the cameras said she gave me the money back, she didn't want to show me or anything and if I didn't leave she would remove me by force. I called the cops and they came and said they couldn't do anything because she didn't do anything. So there you go, this place would rather loose a customer over $20 then give me my store credit. Now i've never written a review for anything ANYWHERE but they were some of the ruddest people i've ever encountered. I'm also filing a report with the BBB if you don't want to get scammed go to a different place.

  I came in to buy an engagement ring and even though I didn't find the perfect one there the man that helped us was incredibly nice, I definitely recommend them!
