  This place is a complete joke do not and I repeat do not do business with this establishment. This place will repo your vehicle two days before the payment is due and demands a high price to get them back. If you have an issue with this establishment the head manager there named Mariah won't even give out the corporate number to report the problems. Even though that information is public and has to be given out. This place is a joke and not even worth the time to do business with.

  I recommend that this place should be closed or new employees should be hired. The manager there whose name is Mariah is a very rude and very unprofessional. I did a title loan there and not even three days before my payment was due my vehicle was repoed. What is wrong with this establishment? What gives them the right to do this? And when I asked for the person who runs the establishment I was told to screw off and when I asked for corporate I was rudley yelled at and threatened with police. I will be suing this establishment to the fullest. I have my receipts and everything to prove that they had no right to repo my vehicle and when I asked how much it would be to get my van back I was told 3000 dollars. Who do I get ahold of to report this? So everyone in the Lewiston area do bit do buisbusiwith this establishment unless you want to be screwed over.

  I will never do business with this establishment ever again. This place Is so unprofessional and the main manager there is named Mariah and she is so rude and snarky along with the rest of the employees there. Folks please don't waste your time with these people. Please go to a different establishment to do your business you'll be saved the hassle and also being treated with poor professionalism. .

  I have gone through them a few times now and I'm very happy with the outcome very nice people very fast and they dont treat u like someone there making money on they treat you like a normal person. 5 stars I would give more if I could

  Always excellent service. I've used them several times for quick cash and never once had anything less than a perfect experience. Payments are super easy to make.

  Very friendly, up. Front. Service was quick. I drove from Olympia Wa to do service as Wa doesn't have a title pawn store for autos. If you have all paperwork needed, you will be out of there 15 min tops. Would recommend to anyone needing a temporary loan to pay bills or what not.

  Mariah and Angie are so kind and friendly. The vehicle auctions on Fridays are fun and easy!! Good times!

  I find this place great for helping me with the extra funds and through the paperwork, but I asked for an exstention for Christmas and got told there is no program for helping me with this. I'm very dissappointed by this company and not offering this option. Even for someone who's never missed a payment.

  Don't do business with this place. I called to do some business and when I asked for the corporate number I was rudley treated and denied of that public information. This place is beyond bs. If anyone's thinking about getting a title loan please go to a different establishment. If I can't even get the corporate number to do some business then what makes people think they will get the corporate number if they mess up on there behalf. And I also here that this business is very unprofessional.
