  Inland Empire had the best true car pricing that the other dealerships couldn't or wouldn't even match. No haggling on the price. The only negative was the sales person did not know enough about the vehicle and although I received a phone call to see how everything was with the car she didn't seem like she cared at all and seemed like she just wanted to get off of the phone. Like she was just going through the motions. I tried asking about accessories and was brushed off and told to go look on the internet. Well that was an opportunity to get me to use the dealership parts department. Oh well, I took her advise and found accessories cheaper online rather than the parts department. That is the reason for the 4 stars and not the 5 stars. Other than that I would buy from there again.

  I went in to look for a car and i couldn’t decide on my price range and payment type but Jaqueline Murillo helped me out. She help me do the math to see what deal would be good for me and my payment schedule. I couldn’t be any happier. Most salesman are pushy but she actually cares about my decision and my in ability to choose. I recommend her to any who is indecisive and needs a car or any help.

  I have now bought 2 cars from Loma Linda Hyundai amd Reza Latifian. The experience was seamless, peacefull and gratifying. Beyond the quality of the cars, the service from sales, to finance and closing was amazing. I appreciate the attentiveness, respect and willingness to please.   They have such great customer service! I pulled in, clueless, and they were patient and made the check-in process smooth and quick. I got a free coffee in their lounge, a free ride to work, and they even said they would wash my car for free! Definitely a great start to my day.

  I was the 3rd from my work to purchase an Elantra from Art Lee. My poor F150 was on it's last legs and I needed a replacement vehicle. I considered a new truck, but was tired of spending over $600 a month on gas. I wanted an economical work vehicle. I looked at Chevy, Ford, Fiat, Volkswagen, etc., but then remembered how much I admired the other two Elantras in my work parking lot. My buddy told me about Art Lee and how happy he was with his transaction. We went down on Saturday, which was Art's day off, but he still came in to assist me. Wow! And he was right, Art was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and mainly, Honest! No hype, no pushy sales talk. When he finally showed me the out-the-door price, I was amazed. I will definitely recommend Art Lee and Inland Empire Hyundai to my family and friends and will return when I'm ready to step into a really nice Hyundai.   I had a great experience buying my first car. I got a 2015 Hyundai veloster. My sales person Amanda was amazing. She helped me out so much and kept me updated on everything going on. I would definitely recommend inland empire Hyundai to everyone I know looking for a car. Amanda definitely made this a great experience. She gets a 10 out of 10 for customer service from me. I will be buying my next car from here again.

  I arrived at Hyundai Inland Empire under duress! I had already picked out a used vehicle that I thought I wanted and was ready to go buy it when my family INSISTED that I go and at least look at what Hyundai had to offer on a new or used Tuscon. I was NOT a happy person when I arrived ;o). Candida & Adrian soon made me comfortable and showed me what they could do for me to help me purchase a new 2014 Tuscon. They were NOT pushy or obnoxious. I have to say this purchase was a pleasant experience that if I had more money I would do again in a heartbeat. I took my time and weighed my options. I was welcome to test drive or ask questions as often as I wanted and again there was NO big push to close the deal. Two days later I drove off in our brand new Tuscon and I am tickled pink with the results. My family is happy as well since they were able to make comments and help me with my decision. Thank you Candida & Adrian for making a positive change in my attitude ;o)

  Scott was extremely professional, informative, and helpful from my initial phone call to schedule servicing my car, to when my servicing and complementary carwash were completed. As I waited, he came to inform me of a couple of items to keep an eye on toward possibly replacing in the near future and to offer me the complementary carwash. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

  What a pleasant surprise ................I hadn't purchased a new car for quite some time and was dreading the usual ordeal. Well when True-Car introduced me to Hyundai Inland Empire I was fortunate to meet Amanda. She was like a breath of fresh air. Pleasant, patient very responsive to my interests. She enabled me to make a decision easily with comprehensive explanations of the cars performance ability without hesitation. I was made feel very comfortable quickly and realized that I had met up with a highly trained professional woman who was a natural for her job. Hyundai Inland Empire can consider itself very fortunate to have such fine example representing them. I can't of think of anthing that could have been improved during my relationship with her during the course of the purchase I made. I also love the car.

  Amanda and her team at IE Hyundai were incredible. She gave me a fair price off the bat without the hidden cost of dealer add-ons that I found with many of the other local dealers. Amanda was personable and professional and made the car buying process easy and enjoyable. Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had.
